The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
As far as I know it doesn’t. The board have said they are talking with other EV manufacturers and have provided samples
Totally agree and have topped up this morning.
Am I right that the warrants have to be exercised by a certain date? In my mind I recall Sept 2021 but can’t find the reference to that so may be wrong or thinking of some other company.
Agree it has been slow but I guess there will be people who bought in the mid 60s in November and now wonder what you mean by slow burn when it is now at 120. I agree it should progress further this year and not worried by recent pull back
Totally agree, but I also think it is a issue of corporate culture. Directa just seem to be quietly getting on the the job. Versarien talk a lot about the commercialisation of graphene, but actually sell very little of it. Bizarrely Versarien still has a higher market cap as I write
Many reasons I think but they are well capitalised, clear strategy for growth, premium service, been quick on their feet to adjust when COVID hit with online offering. I could think of more but I don’t want to spoil your fun of doing your own research
Andinio
Agreed it does not help and is a stupid mistake to make. Your phone call probably was made just before my email to them on the same subject. An own goal definitely, but doesn’t mean we will lose the game
It’s not a non issue as you would expect a plc to get the basics right. But it is a minor issue and not a sign that the company is in trouble. I would expect the company secretary and any supporting staff, if any, are sitting with red faces at the moment. But I’m not in a panic as I’ve been a company secretary for 30+ years so I know how such mistakes happen.
Covgaz,
In part I share your frustration. There seems nothing but good news but the sp never moves much. However, I think the company is progressing and building a good business. On thinking about it I’d rather a steady progress than the volatility of some of the competitors which seems prompted by rumours or even the over analysis of a CEO‘s comments. It’s not going to be quick but I think it will grow in time and I’m to hold and slowly add
My assumption is they are restricted by the contract in what they can say. Important point for me is in every rns and statement made by management they reiterate the point about moving to profitability in Q1 2021. They surely wouldn’t do that unless they were pretty sure it is going to happen. It doesn’t sound like a pipe dream. A profit making Gfinity should be worth multiples of current price
I think Itsyou has answered the point on funding and outlook of new business in a separate post.
This for me is a long term investment. I’ve a small shareholding and top up each month. I don’t think it will move much until some real numbers are confirmed. There are too many people promising big in graphene and not delivering. However, I’m happy with the news that is coming from this company and how they seem to be progressing with real orders rather than just collobarations. No doubt someone will tell me it’s not real graphene, but I don’t care as long as they sell it for more than it costs them to make
This share seems so under the radar. Good news keeps coming but price doesn’t rise. It can’t stay that way for long. I continue building my holding in these conditions.
I can think of a certain UK graphene company whose share price would probably double on a rumour of being involved in a bridge project never mind actually being involved
