Could it be that licenses acquired by XTR once drilled are then joined up with AFP licenses and the sold to FQM to expand their KIW mine?

Just been reading up on CooperLemon mining consultancy Lusaka Zambia.

KAKUYU is in the same area as these two licenses and if I am right it's already producing income which if before end H1 will be reported in H1 RESULTS or from 1st July then in a trading statement.

This is an area of HIGH grade copper. If they are using same team to drill as KAKUYU then this derisks project massively.

I think the difference between other deals is

XTR ACQUIRED LAND FROM OWNERS.

NOW they cut landowners into profit share of project.

With the income being generated there is no reason why dear C🎯l can't invest in sulphide plant to get 50% profit share and drill prospects in ZAMBIA to perhaps sell onto First Quantum??

XTR spent £10m to achieve (am guessing) 49,000m of mineralization. They achieved this thanks to expertise of dream drilling team

How much would have been spent by an average drilling team to achieve 49k mineralization.

If XTR were to invest a further £10m in drilling this would not touch the sides of what a major would require.

My conclusion if XTR can achieve £150m to £250m plus a cheeky royalty ie passive income attached then that wouldbe perfect sales deal.

Am I on right track?

📍if BR was a quarter of the size and the same amount of mineralization was discovered but in a more concentrated area. Would XTR command a higher sale price to a major ?

📍if BR after all drilling was not deemed financially viable would Mgment team have spent time and cash on precontration tests etc?
