Ryan Mee, CEO of Fulcrum Metals, reviews FY23 and progress on the Gold Tailings Hub in Canada. Watch the video here.
For God's sake let's not get into renewables! Our skill set is hydrocarbons & we should utilize & exploit them while we still can before the 'Greens' shut us down. At this rate, Greta & her ilk will be lying down before the rig enclosure swearing death before anything is pumped - not that anything is being pumped! Admittedly I haven't been keeping my finger on the pulse recently but from a clinical point of view, the patient seems at best in a chronic malaise & at worst ...paralyzed & unable to function without the aid of regular transfusions (of money, not blood). That must be coming next! As far as I can tell it's all talk & no action with the current CEO. At least under the previous administration, there was plenty of action & the whole Moroccan project was seemingly 'Oven ready' for the new team to cook on gas! So far, there's nothing cooking because there's no gas! I still hold shares here but 'hope' is in just as finite supply as gas reserves in our Moroccan licenses!
On a brighter note, I hope all here are prospering (with other shares) & all are healthy & happy.

Utility, that's all very well and dandy but I have to correct you on your misplaced comma after "insult" - just saying.......
Anyway, hope you get your corrective eye op soon.
Good luck with that as elective surgery is about to be impacted by a Nurse strike. I am a UNISON member but declined the option to vote for industrial action & now find I have become a 'scab' - or 'Blackleg'! We, at UHS (University Hospitals Sussex) adhere to the policy of 'Patient First'...this 'Mission Statement' cannot apply if we strike! Another 'Winter of Discontent' where NHS workers strike could put sick & vulnerable people at risk whilst we are supposed to be caring for them! I'm not prepared to do that!
Soz for the O/T but I had to say it.
Caring Crude
Good luck England - let's stuff those yanks like a 'Thanks Giving' Turkey!! Talking of turkeys.........am I ever going to retire with the proceeds from these shares.............................................
Crude...spoon, jar jar spoon, as a famous Fez-wearing comic used to say!!!
St Mary, That made me laugh! The progress here is glacial & seemingly measured in the geological time of the various strata that, allegedly, are gas-bearing! We'll all be dead before anything is actually produced so including these shares in our 'Last Will & Testament' is probably a good idea - with instruction to Solicitor to look in the bottom drawer & to beware of cobwebs & spiders, although not of the money variety...
Sundance, two things: First point being - I would like to acknowledge that many here would prefer red hot pokers in their eyes than return to the old 'JP' days! I think you said something about eating red hot coals would be more palatable, lol!
Second point is I totally agree with what you said in your Monday 20:26 post...nobody does this sort of thing (State Funeral) better than GB - but more than that is the love felt all around the Globe! Contrast that with Putin's latest statement & you would be comparing a peace-loving democrat who is respected the world over with a reviled autocrat who is mostly feared & certainly not loved, across the world!
BTW, back in my day investors reported on Company broadcasts & events...so has anyone got anything to say regarding today's 'podcast'-like event - or did it not happen?
Cheers to all long suffering chancers & would be investors...Crude
Hey Joe, I haven't been in touch lately. He did invite me to his house pre-pandemic but we never got around to it. I must drop him a line or two to see how he is. I know he is not popular here anymore but I liked the guy. I think his enthusiasm maybe got the better of him.
Yes it's a lovely day down here in the South Downs National Park. I am going to see a local folk singer called Greg Harper this afternoon in Worthing. You may have heard of him as he is a Sussex man. His songs are really all about Sussex & nature: https://southdownsfolkfest.co.uk/greg-harper-band/

Hi James Parsnips, we would all do well to remember the first rule of investing: 'see a profit, take a profit. It's a risky business here on the AIM, as seen by recent events here. I admit I was reluctant to sell but I had my mortgage to consider. A happy accident that sure concentrated the mind....

good to hear the Royal Canadian Mounties will be escorting our Queen to her final resting place & that Commonwealth troops will be involved. She planned it all to the last detail, God bless her.
Koozer, nobody told me when to sell! I had one year left on my mortgage & £60k to find. When the share price started to drop from £1 I sold a chunk at around 89p & was, therefore, able to pay the remainder of my mortgage. I even posted what I was doing - how much more transparent could I be? There was no conspiracy & nothing to see beyond what I explained at the time!
Good luck to all shareholders & ...
'GOD BLESS THE KING'!
Hi all, the Hospital I work at is ram packed with patients. A&E had 27 people waiting for a bed yesterday & we haven't even got to the Winter period yet. Flu has been its worst in Australia for 5 years & Covid is set to increase. It seems everyone wants to strike for more pay as increasingly folk find everyday bills hard to pay. This could lead to civil unrest & as far as the NHS is concerned, I am already seeing worrying signs of breakdown. Staffing levels are at best just about viable with absolutely no spare capacity...just like the international gas market, we at the NHS have no swing capacity & and no reserves to fall back on. Already we are at full stretch & we haven't even got past Summer. The whole country is set for a perfect storm of disasters. I think every Department Head in the NHS needs to have motivational talks with their staff just to tell them how much they are needed & appreciated before morale collapses with the onset of what will almost certainly be another 'Winter of Discontent'...like no other before it in 'peacetime'!
Never seen a gig like it! Paul McCartney blew the Glastonbury audience away & was totally awesome! Wish I was there. He's incomparable & simply brilliant! Enjoy him whilst you can, they'll never be another!
Soz for the o/t but it's Saturday night at Glastonbury with the greatest songwriter on the planet!
Hawkander, I have shares in Sound that I have put in the writing drawer (metaphorically) & almost forgotten about. That's not to say I've lost faith, I've just lost touch. My only read is if they have to dilute I may increase my holding after that dust settles...but until then I'll sit tight. Now I see they are talking about various financing options but I'm too long in the tooth to totally discount another small raise. We'll see but as for their future plans, I'm as enthusiastic as most here. The world has changed so much in such a few short years with post-Pandemic, post Brexit, raging inflation, war in Europe; Boris, Prity & the 'Hotel Rwanda' & now that awful change to the US Constitution regarding abortion. We've even had threats from a Russian Duma politician stating emphatically that London will be the first European capital to be 'Nuked' & that world peace is threatened only by the 'Anglo Saxons' - Britains! Make hay my friends whilst the sun still shines on us...

'Down down, deeper & down...let's hope not! Anyway, you brought a smile to my face Soobirs...LMAO!
Meanwhile, the roads are choca between Worthing & Chichester due the the marvelous 'Festival of Speed'. Pitty I'm not in attendance this year...
KTF, keep banging that oil drum...one day it will play our tune!

Hi Job, KTF, Goza etc - thanks for posting. I never had time to catch the event live (too busy at the NHS)... but I do appreciate your relaying & dissemination of the company plan on the live chat. Reminds me of when I used to report on like events.
Cheers...Crude
Oil, please accept my apologies, I love banter and I did smile at that No. Plate. To be honest I love posting on this site because I know so many people & it has been a long road to where we are now.i only ever wanted us to be successful & I still have hopes. Life is hard enough these days & I just feel the way John Lennon did back in 67 ...'All you Need is Love'. No, I'm not a hippy but surely that is what we all need right now. I might add I am a massive Beatles fan but now, more than ever, we need another John Lennon to give freakin peace a chance...that's all I'm saying - give peace a chance!
St Mary, I'm quite happy to announce if I'm buying or selling - sometimes I'm too honest & upfront for my own good!
Oil, you are a nasty little oik aren't you. There's no call for abuse, we're all in the same boat here! However, I did smile at that number plate. But I think I'll stick with P90 SOU...I've absolutely no reason to change it.
I doubt I will have the time to participate in this Q&A & in any case I am not up to speed with what is going on - I've taken my eye off the ball completely. But my Q&A question would all be about finance; how they are going to pay for that spur pipeline & if there is going to be anything other than debt finance: most of the old hands here have suffered greatly through share dilution & it would be a cruel twist of fate to see the prize in sight ,only to have the share base debased with a torrent of new issues. If I thought the new projects were entirely debt-financed I might even consider increasing my possiotion - but until that confirmation I wait patiently on the sidelines eagerly awaiting the plan & anticipating the long overdue FID...surely as overdue as the second coming of Christ - or the 'Sue Gray Report'!
