Mister Positive - yeah of course it was a buy. !! The next day its down 10%. Do you not think it was a delayed sell then? You would have thought if it was a buy at 4.34pm on the friday that you would be up today.
You really need to look up on how the stockmarket works. Just because it was PRINTED at 16:34 - it doesn't mean thats when the trade took place. This is why any trades data is unreliable.
Do you know how the stockmarket works right? Delayed trades and all that. You and me have no idea if its a buy or sell. As the price could have easily been a delayed sell. Could be a buy or sell but no one knows for sure only the buyer/seller and the broker. Anything else is speculation...
Lol - how do you know its a buy? Could be a delayed sell. Only the broker and the buyer/seller knows for sure. Besides, its only £40k - so nothing big. They have up to 2 days to print a trade. Often, they go to print to make them look like the opposite trade of what the trade actually was.
I just don't get how they are allowed to issue 4% for share awards after the recent reverse placing. its a kick in the teeth for PI's. The same PI's that whose monies have literally paid the wages of all the staff in the absence of any sales. Theres just no respect for Pi's here.
so why aren't any of the directors buying at this price (or even when it was 9p) if you think the share price is going into " the hundreds of pence" as you claim?
if every thing was as rosy as you say, why did they have to do a last chance placing? if everything was set up for a rosy future a conventional placing would have been a piece of **** to facilitate. when we people accept this?
they haven't guided on revenue at all. they have merely stated the size of the market - thats all.
PMSL - no out of hours RNS is ever positive.
PMSL - a further 4% dilution and you say this is positive - give me strength!!!
How GDR treats its shareholders is truly shocking.......
Be interesting to see they share price reaction tomorrow..
Guys, you have to accept the simple fact that if something was good in the pipeline they would have easily managed a placing or raising via the traditional methods. The prepayment facility is a last choice funding hence the unfavourable terms. (Google it)
I mean, if institutions were not interested at a discount then that says it all.
