You can only give opinions. My opinion is tgat there is considerable upside but only when they have finished making money out of short-term manipulation. Shorters hold 3.8% and may well fill their boots at tgese or lower prices. Tbh they are in charge and control the price with complicity from MM’s. You can never know when they will let go but the lower shorting is a good sign. It is possible that they sill bring it lower in order to fill boots cheaply but not necessarily. This is cheap enough now. CG halved their rating probably in order to help the shorters. Liberum and Berenberg are house brokers but hold high. We are still in playtime and this may go on until shorters have fulfilled 3.7%. Or tgey may spin it out longer. Upside tends to happen randomly when they choose.
Cash-rich. No debt. Still profitable but not sure by how much. Probably profited hugely from their own demise. Time will tell but upside eventually. Best not to expect a time frame. Sometimes takes 6-8 weeks before the algorhythm game is played out.. Hope this helps.

All they have done is go back to original holding. They have been complicit in the shorting with their own shares. Now they are back to 5 1/2 % approx.5.7 I think. All a big game. Wonder if Cannacord got a backhander too.

Just the fact that Plus is high value. I translated 1000p into £1. I did it before. It’s called simple error due to the noughts! . I know Plus is worth well over its present price . Quid would be stupid.
Forgetting that rather strange interpretation of an error with noughts I would like to add that I still feel shorters are in charge here. Buying up perhaps. We may see short position lower than 3 soon. It’s all being manipulated to where it is.

I don’t think we are finished with shorters yet . But we are at same level as July 2018 mow...3.56%. That is a very big reduction from 14% a month ago. They have made a lot of money. I expect s dip on Monday and still much more volatility but in the short-mid term this should rectify. There is the possibility of another bear trap . Not to be ruled out.They have free reign here and can do anything they like at any moment. We know how quickly this drops when they want it to . I rule nothing out at all . Like giro I am on a big 5 figure loss and it could get bigger. But the fundamentals are ok . Good customer base so far Q1 . Lower revenue 2019 estimated but profitable anyway with NO debt and cash in bank. Less profit due to poor reorting 2017 but companies have done worse things. I woukd expect 2-3 weeks more of fun and games yet while institutions and shorters play it out. Maybe longer. Fair value atm is probably £1 but Zi don’t think we’ll see it for a little while as money iis still to be made at this level or-dare I say-lower. Any temporary price is possible in the hands of game-players. Not seen a share more volatile nor more manipulated since Glencore 2015. Different reasons...same market behaviour. Very valid question . Any question is. It’s simply because it is a very high volume share. Shoters and institutions accumulate or go short diring the day with many buys/sells to fulfil orders. The orders are delayed and published after close. Also institutions buy/sell a popular share after close anyway. Plus has no stamp duty. It is therefore a traders share.There may be other reasons too. But look at Glencore....no stamp duty. Same.

Be careful with Lonmin.. It’s a pure gambler’s share. Win fortune/ lose the lot. Invest peu a peu. Just a chunk you can bear to play with. Crazy share. Waych Kaz and Fxpo too. Nowhere near as volatile but can take you with them for a ride. My fave is Glen on a downer. But it isn’t !!

Now the game is up and Odey/Morgan/shorters and IMO CG’ complicity are clear....we may see growth. Especially if news. Sub£8 is good. I have a little way to go.

You may be surprised. Plus is not like many other such shorted sharese.e.g Petrofac. .
There was no good reason affter 1250 to see it drop apart from the short attack. The market took it 16 to 12.
Shorters did the rest . Fair value is the former. It may come sooner than expected. I have no idea when. Plus moves faster than any share I know.except Lonmin..up and down. Probably a slow lull now for a month or so yes.But who knows.

I love your post. Not because it makes me feel good but bacause it is all true. I was involved with Paliament trying to address this issue but it was just a waste of time. No interest nor desire for morality. I had no joy with FSA/FCA/PRA..... they don’t give a *** to be honest. I had to give up as the govt. does not want anything that involves effort. Good summary. They refer to the SPT alleviation as tax credits. Trin needs higher than $61.Offshore has higher SPT. than 18% and a third of production is offshore. Trin’s ave. SPT is 22%. It’s a brainless outdated tax. Govt. is inept in its ontransigence. Tweaking would help but we see nothing. They are shooting selves in foot. SPT reform would reap massive oil revenues and encourage investment. Trin’s shareprice could double overnight...literally. I’m afraid we just have to rely on WTI getting to $64 - the equivalent of $49.95 for Trin.
Please realize that Trin may be selling oil at a premium now and no longer a discount which would make sale price around $60 now. T and T could really be booming if they just enacted economic change. I don’t approve of Trump but they need a bit of him in Trinidad and Tobago

I would think s/p likely to drop a quid or so as shorters lap it up again. It’s what usually happens but I will be happy to be wrong. I’m at a quid plus so bit of waiting to do I think!
