Retired Banker. Do you feel this is driven by shorters.? If so ...will they have to instigate serious buying at some stage?? I do not short. I do not like it but it is legal. I know little about it. I see of no other reason for such a sharp manipulated drop sans news.

Your sentiments appreciated. I’ve been in few stocks so readily manipulated. Yup...only a loss when crystallised. This is a really well connived sneaky drop though. They know what they can do don’t they.

Shorters are responsible for 50p divvy. I don’t know how they cover this though. It’s a big portion of s/p now.

Some of these mahousive after hours trades can only be buys. 8:06 can only be a buy!! Still ...all very sneaky and it hurts to sit on mahousive loss myself. Years of saving and earning ....my bad!! Never expected such a cold call

Sprry 4 u too mate. O’m losing a ridiculously high 5 figure number. Average around 1080. Won’t see that for a while. I can’t afford it but...my bad!! Sheesh. I still feel this was orchestrated by shorters well in advance. Seen same pattern before. Maybe more to come but I won’t crystallise a big loss. Sit on the pain.
Odey is a mystery . Wonder what’s going on.

I knew it’d be volatile but didn’t expect that. I think it was shorters bringing it down. No news nor RZnS. CG conflict with Berenberg and Liberum re. broker forecast. Perhaps they have an agenda. Odey increasing CFD and slight decrease in shares.
I can only think this was a preplanned short-raid. Can’t see why drop so violent. 5.5% to buy to satisfy them. Can’t see any other reason for the drop. Sitiing on nice big 5 number loss now. Sigh.

It is a possibility that traders may bring the price lower via AT trades in order to panic p/i’s into selling and in order to facilitate orders for cheap buys. It’s good to know this if it happens. Painful but worth knowing. Tried and tested routine on vulnerable shares and nervous p/i’s. Works a treat. Also doubles to offer favpured traders/institutions cheap buy prices. They wait a while and then bring it back up...often at end of day or next2 or 3 days. I see it every week.
It may/may not happen hete. But Plus is as vulnerable as Hell so good to be prepared for shenanegans tomorrow. No reason why the gamesxare over yet.

On the other board the derampers are scaring prople into selling by tearing Plus to shreds. Unfair and cruel. Shares go down. And up. This is a traded play-share at the moment. Not based on reality.

Most are institutions if not all. Peivate investors can only trade 8-4:30.
Usually 5:07 is lastctrade time. Sometimes couple minutes each way. Very hard/ impossible to distinguish between true time and delayed trade apart from its price. Mm’s use this to middy the waters at times. Trading is such a shady game!

Sorry to ruffle any fearhers. Unfortunately buys or sells can be delayed intentionally and only released after hours. It is the norm. It is infuriating and distorts the market but is true. The £9.7 buys were almost definitely from earlier and coukd have been buys or sells. Many of the numerous trades reported after 4:30 would have been delayed from some point in day.
It is tge norm. If you look at any heavily traded stock you will see this.
Market makers do not have to reportvtrades immediately. Many trades I have done have been reported up to 6 hours later or shoved onto a non-LSE trading platform in order to hide them. At 4:30 Plus was very volatile but trading between 9.15 and 9.25. Any trades at other prices are delayed. Unless NT ( negotiated trade).
Plus is likely to open at similar price to 9:10-9:15 but be hugely volatile immediately.
I too have a similar average of 1:60.
I don’t think I’ll see it tomorrow.
The dividend is a buoyancy aid for mid term holders as it is so large.

Plus is not the sort of company to look after clients. Except institutions. To expect so would be naive about tge very business it operates and leverage which it has been able to permit until now. Morality is irrelevant. So why expect any.

Great volatility as more money is made via algo-trading. Down? Possibly so. Up? Possibly so . Both in same day..very likely.

Just an opinion based on previous experience of how the market manipulates high profile shares. Hige volatility and big sudden unexpected drops IMO. It’s how they make money. Plus is atm a classic city manipulo-share. I expect anything ...especially the sudden unexpected. First thing could be in the 800’s or not. All carefully AT-controlled. It’s how it is these days.

Will be interesting to see if media picks up on this at weekend. I hold v. large amount ave. at £1.80.in 3 accounts.
Bought too early....but I do know Plus is possibly the most volatile share I know and it often goes both ways several times in a day. This drop was contrived and manipulated of course. Rest assured that the same people will ensure they are making money Mon-Weds as well. On big loss now but it can change in 5 mins. The last 5 mins of trading were a feast for conspiracist eyes!!

This sort of stuff is what Plus do for a living....so just watch it play out. I have big loss but bought more. Market games at play. Odey looking to gain 10% which will give them considerable control over meetings and board decisions. Interesting. JP sold...but maybe s/p crossed threshold. Who knows.

At about 2:00 it crashed from 1:90 steadily to 1:50.
1:90 was bearable as considered normal Plus volatility. But 7% seems random( ?) unless I’ve missed something.

Sorry. Not gonna happen. Would be nice. Trin use all cash for devt. Placing won’t happen u less s/p is much higher. Farm-in possible. Or joint venture. Rights Issue last resort but only at high s/p. Would lose any credibility left.
SPT? You know my thoughts re. govt. but with Heritage paying it there is more pressure. Their economic incompetence is astounding but if under fiscal threat it may force change. Not holding breath.
Counting on WTI and Opec also Nopec deal. Why should we not see $60 in March.
