Er... because it's 1 year too late and the market is saturated.
Called it . Starting to normalise back to placing . I give it 2 months to get some revenues from the test - or trickle back to 85p fair value range .
i maybe, but i have called this company right every step of the way since early 2020, made a killing riding the wave up from 16p then got out once i realised they would be unable to capitalise on the huge opportunity in front of them. Anyone who has made a loss on this company, have made some terrible, basic investment errors.
1) Raised significant funds on the back of the expectation they would be able to deliver a product and large short term revenues.
2) Vastly overvalued based on what they had achieved.
tick tock.
Caesars have in effect paid $1bn + for the William Hill US operation. These licenses and operations are valuable .
The market have woken up ? We are 6x where we were . News drives this now .
He used to run the small cap division of a private equity house, now invests in a family owned fund “Aimchaos”. He also has held up to about 5% of MKA at times I believe . He has done some brilliant research papers on MKA .
whats going on?
just let the facts sink in.
£1.20 within a month - back to fair value . AS played a blinder getting the raise away on the back of hot air and waffle last year . What a stunning performance
There is a lesson there though for AIM , buy low, never buy after a 10x rise . You would all do well to learn it .
Vegas22- let me help you , this is not going up . Investing in a 500m MC company won’t make anyone rich , End.

- £10m contract
- £100m angel investment
- takeover bid from a multinational
- major award / prize
CPX did a 6 bag when they announced the “thinline tech”. Why can’t we have a little bit of good PR here ???
I think we are good for this calendar year at least . But… a few options I guess . 1/ raise now - unlikely but the SP is 6x where is was a couple of years ago so I wouldn’t be that bothered . 2/ wait for BFS and raise at a likely higher SP - bearer 50s . 3/ we might be taken out long before we need financing. 4/ lend against BFS . That’s what it’s there for . 5/ take loans from Talaxis / other to tide us over with OpEx until production. 6/ farm out Thambani et al and sit on the cash until production.
Afternoon all. This is very Interesting. 63% held by Jim Mellon via Burnbrae - the guy is no mug. I always look for microcaps that have: 1) Cash (or don't need to raise funds via the bucket shops) - they showed $3m USD at HY - just moving into profit, 2) active opportunity / game changing news on the horizon (clearly the US is a land grab right now) and 3) Director skin in the game - as above. i would rather have got in around the 2-3p mark - i'm never one to buy in after a rise - but with a 1:1 Revs to MC ratio and the above factors, it's a yes from me.
I've taken 100,000 in 4 chunks. very hard to buy, not a lot in free float.
WillHunting - that was my final stake (10% ish) at 110p as i recall. The majority went around 150-200. i couldn't care less about 150% - my biggest holding is MKA, held for 5 years, average of 5p- currently 30p and likely to double before the year end. Believe what you like. If you bought in here above 150p you are a sheep / mug - regardless of what the SP is at now and you wont make money on AIM long term. bye.
Vegas - correct, but I sold because the company was overvalued for what they had achieved, my 3 year target was hit within 3 months, and management seemed unable to deliver on their promises. All three points are still true today. I am still checking in, because this is like watching an ex girlfriend who got fat. Also i pay my membership so will do what i like, thanks.
