Excellent Sharpeye good info
That's more like it, info that really matters rather than doom-laden naysayers, thankyou Mac
Top man
Could do with some info from Mac to remind us why we're invested, and drown out the bullies and naysayers trying to steal our shares
It seems to me the sp was dropped down to 21p this morning to frighten investors and mom's to pick up cheap shares. They failed. So now all the derampers and naysayers are here trying to misinform/scare holders into selling. They obviously think we're close to a sale so want to buy as much as they can. Hold tight people
Good luck for the future Matt
More 100k buys coming in
Indeed, just joining the dots. Palumbo doesn't tweet very often and everyday there are a dozen or so energy to waste/greentech stories he could highlight, and he chooses a Siemens story today. Like I say, joining the dots but does excite me the thought of potential partnerships in the future

A positive news story for Eqtec. Jeffrey Vander Linden announced it previously:
'A positive start to 2021 rolls on @EQTEC with another key milestone on our Billingham, UK project https://bit.ly/2M5H0lG. With planning permission, the project has a top-notch team in place, too. Now, onto securing construction partners! #sustainableenergy #wastetoenergy'

'The Motion to Dismiss set for today, is going to be taken under submission as of todays date. Ruling on this motion will be issued within the next few weeks/months.'
The final email from the court reads:
'Clarification: The Motion to Dismiss, Doc. No 16, was scheduled for 1/25/2021, (today), the Scheduling Conference is scheduled for 2/25/2021, (which remains).
The Motion to Dismiss set for today, is going to be taken under submission as of todays date. Ruling on this motion will be issued within the next few weeks/months.
You may check EM/ECF for updates, or consult your attorney.'
Evening All
I've been trying to find out when results from tonight's motion to dismiss will be promulgated.
From a series of emails with the court, I'm not expecting anything tonight, or maybe for a wee while yet.
Snippets from the conversation include:
'The matter is going to be ruled upon with what has been submitted so far.
As of today, the matter is taken under submission and with a written order to follow sometime in the near future.'
'When a motion is taken under submission, it is going to be reviewed by the Court along with all the paperwork that has already be submitted in relation to that motion.
Upon completion of review, the Court will issue a written order as to its ruling.
This process can take a few weeks, up to a few months.
The written order will then be docketed in that case. All docket entries to cases can be reviewed in the Court’s information system EM/ECF.'
For info, update on motion to dismiss. Effectively no need for oral submissions on 25/01, judge will make decision based on written submissions. Quite positive in my view. Happy to hear from anyone with some legal insight/with more info. GLA

Any evidence of this, or you're estimate?
