One example from another share's BB, one of many, many shares in different sectors of AIM in the same boat that have recently had their SP decimated for no apparent reasons. It's a little insightful as to why it happens:
"The decimation of the share price continues this morning. Why? Surely no serious CFIH investors are going to sell at year low prices? High time for these institutions to stop their silly games!"
"Over 8 million shares have been traded since 8.00 - mostly sold at a low price. What is the reason for this activity?"
"How is the share price determined for the AIM index? Yesterday the closing share price for XX was 1p. This morning ONE share was purchased at a cost of 1.038p, and the quoted share price rose to 1.038p subsequently. Surely, this cannot be right?"
"I completely agree with you sir, the institutions are only concerned with making money, the trouble also is every thing is controlled by computers and once selling starts they all follow."
I must say I've noticed these and other wonderful happenings across a lot of shares, so I guess this is what happens when the robots have taken over ;)
Also - don't sell 'em a BEAN! (unless you're a robot, in which case you won't understand)
