Hi All,
Sorry to be asking this but theres too much info to wade through here and the RNSs don't really make any sense to me.
I've had quite alot going on over the last couple of years and haven't really looked at this but noticed today that the SP has moved and the board has lit up.
Can somebody please briefly explain what I've missed and what were expecting :)
TIA

Hi HSE as you know a few years ago (2019) I started a legal case against the MoD for knowingly exposing us (300 of us) to asbestos while on a training exercise in Latvia. (we had to sleep in asbestos dust for 2 weeks).
This case is still ongoing but a significant part of it is that the MoD could not be held criminally accountable because the HSE would not investigate it as it happened outside the UK and thus outside the jurisdiction of the HSE. This means that the person/s who knew that the asbestos was there and were advised not to send us there prior to the exercise will face no sanctions (some of them have actually been promoted).
To that end, I've started this e-petition that (at the time of writing) has been live for just over 5 hours and has almost 900 signatures already.
I'd really appreciate it if you support me in getting this up to 100,000 which will instigate a debate in parliament and potentially empower the HSE to investigate H&S breaches by the MoD chain of command wherever in the world they occur.
Please take the time to sign and share.
All the best to you all,
Ed Hill
When I invested 6 years ago I did so because after seeing a close family member die of cancer I thought that this would be better than donating to cancer research. Even if we go bust at least I can see how my money was used… from this thread and RNSs etc.
Six years on another close family member has cancer and here we are again… I used to read all the news here and think wow how amazing… the things we can do etc. but now I’m bored of the science I just want them to find a cure… lung cancer specifically please especially asbestos related
Good luck to those who are here just for the money… without you where would we be?
Do these shares now have to be 16p and 20p befroe these warrents can be actioned?
or does 8.25 and 10.25 still stand because were looking at an instant issues as soon as we've consolidated if thats the case

Or not so…. I’ve been with SAR for years now and from experience it has bouncy days.
If you’re new here stay with it. If I had spare funds I’d be happy to buy for a medium term investment (6 months) all the way to 8p
Relax :)

Dear Samantha Bloxham,
Against the backdrop of a worldwide pandemic with few effective treament options for patients with cytokine storm related illness/Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, there can be absolutely no question that it is in the public interest to know how SDC-1801 is to be progressed.
The pre-clinical study reported by Sareum Holdings on 1st July 2021 noted: "The results of the project found that SDC-1801 reduced the levels of cytokines associated with Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) in human lung cells infected with SARS-CoV-2 and demonstrated a profile that was superior to the anti-inflammatory steroid dexamethasone and similar to baricitinib, a JAK1/JAK2 inhibitor.
Subsequent completed in-vivo studies support the initial cellular results and indicate:
Strong evidence that expression of Type 1 interferons (IFNa and IFNb) is reduced by SDC-1801 treatment in a dose-responsive manner; and that Viral loads did not increase after SDC-1801 administration, a potential concern when anti-inflammatory agents are used to dampen down an over-active immune response
Dr John Reader, CSO of Sareum, commented:
“The results from our Covid-19 research project are very encouraging and provide clear evidence of the potential of SDC-1801 to reduce the excessive inflammatory response seen in severe Covid-19. We are keen to progress this project to the next stage and will now explore our options to find the best way to fund these next steps. This could include the UK government’s AGILE clinical development platform, which was established to fund Phase 1 trials and fast-track the development of potentially ground-breaking Covid-19 treatments. These activities are expected to run in parallel with the broader SDC-1801 development plan targeting autoimmune diseases. We look forward to providing updates on our progress as we reach key milestones in the development of SDC-1801.”

There we are… BritishBulls recommended this evening that we all buy now at 6.24 lol… 2020 vision looking backwards love it!
“Signal Update Our system’s recommendation today is to BUY. The pattern finally received a confirmation because the prices crossed above the confirmation level which was at 6.18, and our valid average buying price stands now at 6.24. The previous SHORT signal was issued on 01/10/2021, 6 days ago, when the stock price was 6.48. Since then SAR.L has fallen by -3.78%.“
I agree Mike the downside isn’t discussed enough on any board!
On that note can somebody list the negative points in relation to this investment.
We can all debate them sensibly can’t we?
Then we can’t be accused of P&D
Freedom of speech and respect other people’s opinions etc.
As you’ve started us off Mike, where did you get 10% from?
