It stands to reason their will be Strike action in July and the SP will suffer further. BA will not give in until they have too. So the workers will force their hand by some form of strikes. Only after a face off, will BA weigh up the damage of any ongoing dispute. BA cannot afford to prolong any industrial action. Customers faith in the company will start to be impacted and if busness people move to other carriers then BA they will have to act. We are in a game of chicken over the summer months., and time is not on BA's side . DYOR

Inflation has alwalys fueled the unions. Its like a get out of jail card for them. They can stoke up the passion in the working class to push back and demand wage increases. The 70s-80s were decades of union demands. This is only the beginning.

It is odds on that their will be some sort of strike action in the coming weeks. That said once the settlement is in the company can finally move forward towards a 2019 recovery. Reality suggests that the share price with suffer according to the uncertainty. However once all the bads news is behind IAG ,this summer will likely see the lowest share price on offer

Looking at the figures for Qrt 1, the company state that the current trend of passenger traffic put them on course to make 20 billion for year end ( 80% of 2019 revenue) . This in turn equates to approaching 62 EUX adjusted earnings per share, compared to a loss of 122 EUX per share. This is a strong turnaround, which can only bode well for the share price going forward

Is it not true that this company has a doggy history? That said who would gain if they could take control back from the market, and do it in a fashion that would be the least expensive to the players involved.

So to be clear,if this company does decide to go private. We the shareholders are bought out, Yes/no?

Why does DX not move to the main market. Surely they qualify with thier fundermentals
The Main Market requires companies seeking to float to have existed for three years, to have a market value of at least £700,000, to be willing to float a minimum of 25% of their share capital, and to have enough working capital for at least one year’s trading.

Dx is going to fly going forward. And we have Christmas deliveries on top of these figures. This is now looking like a potential take over target
