Being out of this stock and taking what profits we have, is the most sensible place to be . Waiting for the verdict and then deciding to invest ( OR NOT) if this does go our way. There is a massive downside/ upside on the day of the courtcase.

How can I buy back into this stock ; knowing the courst case now hangs in the balance. I could loose all my money ( like so many others) if this verdict is NOT A GIVEN. This is now a coin flip on the day of the hearing

Spot on. This is all about fairness. If the FCA have been pounded by fringed groups all worried about fairness . It stands to reason the FCA step forward and raise those concerns. The Judge will propose all sorts of caveats. And possibly another court hearing

The Delay, has it's upside. It allows people to take profits and jump back in when the dust has settled. The SP was red hot and far ahead of any news. Now we can all take a breath and average back in, when the signals dictate.
