Wow great news for Kistos following the hook up of Jotun and the imminent oil production in the Balder field

If this does go ahead will these free shares be seen as a special Dividend and if they are cancelled and the sale money comes back to the shareholder will the share price reduce as per any Dividend on Ex Day

Is this move on the SP due ot insider knowledge on the Triton tie in ? Are we about to here news

They have clearly hooked up the Jotun and are about to start pumping again. Insiders have jumped in .The news will be out this week

I am looking to buy some shares for the Dividend. But running the math from the latest report suggests the company practically spends almost all its per tax profits on the divi. 6 billion shares each getting 15.36p = Around a billion pounds. They only reported 914 million profit

And the EPS is 2.89 p and divi for the year 21.36 p . Could someone tell me if these assumptions are correct ,before I go ahead and buy some shares

I see LGEN released a deep dive into thier business today and got a nice pop on the SP. Have M&G gone through any such process in the past?

When you take into account outstanding shares of 2.4 billion and cash in the bank of 6 billion, M&G must be on the radar for a takeover bid by a number of companies. I will be amazed if this goes through 2025 without a bid from overseas
