There is no need for Kefi to be inviting Investors to attend the Webinar in person and join the Directors for refreshments next week, especially when investors will be there just a few weeks later at the AGM

Personally, I think this is a very positive that they Major tangible news will be released ahead of it

They Directors must be pretty confident of having major news by next Thursday if they are inviting investors to join the presentation in person.

The nice thing is that Kefi now have a long list of interested parties and offers.

It is very easy for them to demonstrate what they could sell the Saudi share for in an arms length transaction

You stated that should Artar action our compulsory sale then it would be done by a 3rd party valuation. Kefi had stated it would be at fair market value based on an arms length transaction. So if the highest offer Kefi had received was $100m, that would be the market value.

Institutions will announce their holdings when it is in their interest to do so.

They will build up their position and announce when it when they are ready for the share price to move up

With Institutional Investors on board, Saudi & Ethiopia Assets and an excellent commodity outlook, a Market Cap of £250m (Share price of 2.7p) is very likely shortly after financial sign off.

I think this is still on the low side, but the recent placing shares will have an impact

I am fully aware of the value here.

Perhaps I am old fashioned, but a poster telling everyone how good the share is and that they are holding who then sells is no different than somebody talking the share down to buy, both are deceitful

The institutions would have been told very clearly what the funds are being used for and would have been provided the latest time frames on Tulu Kapi and Saudi.

Pile in at this opportunity in my opinion

The names and funds having just purchased in Kefi is excellent news.

There is no argument about it.

If you think they are buying in expecting the share price to fall you should sell.

If you think they are buying expecting the share price to go up substantially and lead to dividends you should buy.

Now that they have positions they will be monitoring Kefi closely, if they like what they see then they will increase their holdings

Yes looks like they may have put a couple of million in each.

This is massively positive for us / the company.

Yes, £2.3m from one of the institutions is a solid amount

Yes they got in at a bargain price, but they are now in.

These are long term institutions who'll be in for the long run... Operations and dividends.

Sounds like there are others in the placing who don't want to be identified yet.
