AMC will have been in discussions with many parties before and after the PFS, nothing will dissuade me otherwise.

AMC have always said they will work towards production and expected somebody to step in, that's what they are doing.

I think with 2018 drill results AMC could do a 15 - 20 year mine life at 10mn tonnes per annum.

Capex would increase, but the positive impact on the NPV will be astonishing.

I'd be looking at a $12 nickel price, a shared smelter and a similar mine life but with increased production to fill the big gap coming mid 20's to see what our NPV is.

Has the government just funded a joint smelter for the r the two Amur Minerals? We know that there was a LOI to investigate this.

Has Tom be brought in to specifically facilitate the sale of AMC to the other company?

Has the end game just become visible?

I guess the question is, could any of this investment be utilised by our Amur Minerals should the be acquired by the same company? I. E. Road / smelter / rail.

Tom has been brought in manage the sale and perhaps lead the the company into the the next phase in my opinion.

RY has done an awesome job over the years and I won't need to remind genuine LTHs he has what he has accomplished during an extremely difficult time for Nickel Miners in Russia.

Granted that it has been the practice to sell to date, but there will come a point, perhaps today, that they look what the share price may do in the next few months and hold to sell in the teens

Recent proven experience of selling a company for hundreds of millions next door to ours. Fully aware of the how The two could cooperate and share a smelter.

Takes a board appointment and invests a large chunk of his own money.

He knows exactly what he is doing.

I don't think that there could be a clearer BUY signal.

For me the question is why did no other director purchase, why no new monthly share purchase scheme, why no new warrants, why so many directors having spoken to nomad.

In my opinion there is a close period for the existing board but they have been very careful in what he has been told in order to allow him to make this purchase as he would not have been able to purchase leading up to his appointment.

A brief list of things which would could cause a close period... Financial results, drilling results, any discussion which may result in a future deal.... So unless people think that AMC has done nothing this year, then this has been a carefully managed purchase

Securing Tom was an excellent move, somebody proven in selling mining companies in Russia.

Tom puttting his hand in the pocket and taking a 1% stake is simply awesome.

It may take the market time to wake up, but I am extremely pleased with these events, as any long term holder who is expecting a takeover end game should be
