I pointed this out on the day of the results. How can a 'serious' company publish a debt as an asset?

280p - 300p Coming, Higher Highs

280-300p Coming. Share charts reversing. Higher Highs consistent now. Today open was 230p, tomorrow open maybe 234p. Tomorrow Barratts reports, should lift up Builders sector share prices & Watkin Jones will go up more as higher Beta. I did say 205p was lows so I was spot on. Never can tell but whole Watkins share chart reversing now. The housing sector is on heat, a recovery in Student Letts & feverish demand for Build to Rent property investments. Just look at takeover activity in the sector suggest undervaluation of share prices in Watkins niche sector. Watkins shares are totally undervalued, Jefferies broker price upped last month to 302p target price for Watkin Jones shares !

Strix plans to double turnover in 5 years. Not many companies have that ambition & they got recession proof products too. So it’s a growth stock & it is undervalued at current prices, 390 - 450p fair value I would say. Just bought more Strix shares with my Divi payment & fresh capital.

Strix shares worth 50 pence. Bad results today. The company unlikely to hit doubling sales, medium term target. The Board Directors need to revisit future sales targets. Until this happens shares will drift lower. When this happens shares will re-rate lower with share price collapses.

This is a company with actual staff, actual revenue, and actual profits. So you probably wouldn't be interested.

To be honest pop31, by the tone of your recent posts it's quite clear you've sold out, which you're fully entitled to do of course.

The stream of negativity to either try and get back in cheaper, or attempt to suppress the SP to make you feel better about selling out, is pretty tiresome.
