I’d say at least the offer price.

And there’s the buy side TR-1 Liontrust now nearly 12% from just under 6%.

From this morning. HSBC cuts NatWest price target to 230 (260) pence - 'hold' ---------- Barclays raises NatWest to 'overweight' (equal weight) - price target 330 (315) pence
There’s the TR-1 for the sell side as I thought, now to see who has been buying, there as been considerably more buys.

Purchased my first load today. Some REITs are currently very undervalued, I am adding a few between now and the new year with inflation dropping and potentially interest rates at the back end of next year. 40% discount to NAV Monthly yield approx 7% And a good net gearing of under 30.
Have a look at the shares traded in Hotel Chocolat it has very similar patterns to here, obviously could be just institutions changing shares but you never know.
Are you dreaming? Not a chance in todays market.
If true not surprised, expecting a TR1 tomorrow.
We’re did you hear that? wouldn’t be surprised though with the products / companies Focusrite own.
Constant buying pressure currently and very large trades, news coming.
Delayed buys/sells of £24 million just come through. TR1 soon.
Priced moved up a touch and still buying, could see a breakout if pressure continues.
Was they buys or sells? Buying around that time was £4.57 ish and sells around 4.50 ish. So was the mid price either way somebody is mopping them up.
Could be the general market, but some very chunky buys happening. Should see some good results on the 28th.
Some very strong buys again today with One over 200k. Wonder if the seller is still in the background? Should have seen us moving up from here.
The offer could force other hands so let’s see we’re it goes.
If it drops back to the low 20s I’ll probably double up now. Although the offer of 33p should set us a new benchmark.
I expected an offer but not for while down the line, wonder if Piedmont fancy the full pie?
I tend to split my risks between high risk high reward stocks like ALL with Decent dividend paying stocks for income. If I can get a 50% upside within 2 years while minimising risk I am happy. A lot of boxes have been ticked here, I am eagerly waiting off-take agreements which could be soon going off previous RNS’s.
I believe this is the most undervalued share on AIM, and there are some bargains to be had.
