If we can get £250 / £300 million for Topshop I would expect that to virtually clear the debt.

I’m averaging just over 144p I am happy at that but will keep adding a few under 140p.

Also the possibility of consolidation amongst some of these REITs, the discounts on offer at the minute are pretty crazy.

I suspect the costs savings to be had are massive, still they won’t over pay.
