I think banks / lending as a whole are not favourable at the minute, market possibly expecting more defaults?!

The news yesterday although confirmed yesterday has been around since at least March of this year.

ML will be issued myself I have no doubt.

Ive seen today developments as a positive a quick glance on google states these policy change whispers have been around since at least march of this year, ALL`s rns just confirms it has no detrimental effect on there ML.

I'm sure this isn't new news to Piedmont or Atlantic, the project is worth millions to Ghana, they are in regular discussion as stated in the RNS.

Glad I topped up instead of panic selling.
