The latest Investing Matters Podcast with Jean Roche, Co-Manager of Schroder UK Mid Cap Investment Trust has just been released. Listen here.
MM'S looking for an excuse to mark it down sharpish.
Blood on the streets! The thing is they have only just done a placing here at 0.6p so extreme upside one would hope once the markets settle.
Material news within the next 6 months. I've made a small top up today.
Positive RNS to me.
Dipped my toe in. Sniff of Gold production will make this soar.
Dipped my toe in. The potential is clearly there and closer than ever to fruition IMO.
What's that here? It looked low per the last interims but are there other monies expected, or very low overheads? Thanks
Not ashamed to say that I have now cashed out. Wish you all the very best and that this continues upwards.
Can't place lower than 2p in any event as that's nominal value. January will drive this up no doubt, fundraising I reckon around March time, but like others at a much higher level based on realised prospects coming to fruition.
Can this report be found online for free ITT?
Not me! Powell must be fuming, His £750k investment circa this time last year is now worth £112.5k. Surely as one of the largest single investors he should be asking serious questions and wanting answers. Stripping that aside, CYAN is valued now at £2.7m which unless I'm mistaken is pretty much it's lowest ever.
A positive RNS, but lack of detail does not help. I had a brief exchange with the company last week and could sense their frustration about the delays, though these have now been factored into the SP in my opinion almost as lost contracts with a MCAP of £3m. I think with the negotiations ongoing It may be difficult for directors to buy any shares as then if a contract was to be awarded shortly after that wouldn't go down well. Powell can't be too pleased with his investment return here! He must have a reasonable say and if I were him I would be looking at the Exec chairman role very closely and whether changes can be made.
I do remember some large sales since the Canaccord notification.
Yes would expect a disclosure soon, though the obligation lies with the seller to notify the company.
Small top up for me. Others seeing value at these levels.
There has only been 85,642 shares sold, split between 5 sales..
Update incoming.. £2.6m MCAP, not far off cash held. Net assets of £11m, I know there is history and frustration but this is now well overdone as drops go.
SP is at record lows I believe in terms of MCAP. They do need to provide an update of sorts, though that may not stem the tide anyway. It's the expected contracts that will do this, or some other material positive news. It's still got to be worth more than this with the accumulated tax losses, tech and cash in bank at least.
The only consolation is that they can't do a placing at these levels as the share price is below the nominal value/issue price of 2p..
Yep silence does not help. £3m MCAP.. Still think this is primed for a bounce mind.
