Not something we've heard of happening before so it sounds like an issue with the mobile phone rather than the website. Data connectivity issues usually relate to bad connectivity while you're on 4G rather than wireless.

If you click on Share Chat from the front page you'll see tabs along the top, one marked Filter. Simply add a username into the box and hit enter and you won't see their posts anywhere on any board.
