Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Approx £50k per month from the 2019 report.
Belstaff, yes. Although you probably gathered that from the other postings.
I wonder what their burn rate is. How long that £320k will last. You'd imagine they've tightened their belts, but it looked like they were previously around £100k per month from the fundamentals.
They raised £320k with a placing in April.
They've reduced their position from 11.11% to less than 3% over a number of day ins March (21st to 27th).
The 0.0141p are buys. That's the price I've been quoted to buy. The SP shown on this site isn't that dynamic at times so trades are incorrectly coloured. I tend to use Google as a back up indicator.
Haha, just wait until they're £1m each! I'm sure the deluded rampers will back me up.
Where's this RTO coming from that everyone keeps mentioning? The last one fell through. Has there been any indication of another suitor?
0.015p ask on HL at the moment
Proactive Investors:
"Attis Oil and Gas Ltd (LON:AOGL) returned from suspension 78% lower at 0.0155p after the reverse takeover of the company collapsed.
The company had entered into a memorandum of understanding with an oil and gas company focused on North America that was planned to result in a reverse takeover but due to a number of factors, not least the impact of the global coronavirus pandemic on oil prices, the deal was called off.
Instead, Attis has raised £500,000 by placing shares at 0.0115p and has raised a further £420,000 through a bridging loan as it seeks to plough on alone."

Probably best that we're not extracting any oil as of yet. Discovery and JV details would still be nice news though.
Not many others buying this morning though. Waves of red at the moment,
They've only confirmed to team up and go in search of oil. Until they find any it's still speculation. The Turboshale tech has not progressed any further, either. I hope Tomco has it's day. It's not today though.
All the markets are taking a kicking at the moment, particularly the oil industry. I'm sure they will provide an operational update once things have settled. If the SP doubled (briefly) after announcing two major investors, you'd expect it to be considerably higher once positive, revenue generating news arrives. I still have faith in this company coming good.
"Don't believe the hype". I made a bit on the first day then foolishly jumped back in at a high price because I let emotion and the BB excitement make my decisions. We learn from our mistakes.
