The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
Littleredrooster - an RNS in Jan 2021 said the sales process is taking longer than expected due to Covid and the complexity of the deal, that was 7 months ago and all we get fed is credible interested parties, substantial asset sale.
As shareholders I don’t think it’s unrealistic to expect some figures and proper detail after 22 months...
It’s alright saying ‘must be close’, ‘ducks lining up’, it’s been said for almost 2 years now and although the company’s fundamentals have increased exponentially we’re still non the wiser as to what the sale price of any assets of the company will be.
I’m still well in here since October 19, even bought more last month, but saying ‘must be close’ isn’t realistic. It ‘could be close’ but after nearly 2 years I’ve realised it also might not be. The Rosgeo JV News should have proved you can’t try and speculate what the BoD are up to, as nobody saw that coming.
The only news I’m waiting for is sales news and I do think it’s now overdue, this can’t go on forever.
Hairy - if you’re looking for a spike to unload you’re playing a dangerous game if you believe no sale could be announced no? If no sale (which I don’t believe) your shares would be worth far less than where we stand. Plus surely you’d have cut your losses at 28p a couple weeks ago.
If you do sell I expect you won’t spend every day in this BB and move on?
Hairy Harris - if the sale is going to fall through why do you claim to be invested? Surely you’d be short if you were that confident?
Let’s not forget Tigerbythetail has connections to Nornickel BoD apparently, and Billions has been involved in multi-billion dollar deals. Between them all they sound like they’re well placed to take over Eurasia themselves
Think a few that have filled their knickers and sold too early need to watch this...

Posted this a while back but all still stands:
And all the while, UBS, CITIC, DLA Piper continue behind the scenes after at least 11 months plugging away. Company have approx $25 million to hand with zero debt if you consider the $6million mentioned in the Rosgeo RNS plus the $20 million from the non-discount recent placing. To reiterate a previous post...
Here's a few points about Eurasia:
- Is the company in the best financial position it has ever been in (mentioned in RNS)? - YES
- Does the company have access to approx 94moz of PGM's (mentioned in RNS)? - YES
- Are the BoD major shareholders? (And have taken shares in lieu of salaries) - YES
- Do the BoD have a proven track record in the mining, finance and legal sectors? - YES
- Are the best bank and legal firms money can buy advising Eurasia on the FSP? - YES
- Are PGM prices at an all time high? - YES
- Is the FSP taking longer than everyone (including the BoD) expected? - YES
- Have the BoD ever let shareholders down since the sales process was initiated in Oct 2019? - NO
- Is Eurasia the last non-consolidated Palladium play? - YES - plus platinum, rhodium, iridium, copper, gold, cobalt
- Do Eurasia have the lowest extraction costs due to being open pit resource? - YES
- Have Eurasia received multiple non-binding offer? - YES
- Has the share price settled 65 times higher than when the sales process was started in October 2019 - YES
Wonder where they are up to with the multiple non-binding offers, may well have a couple of binding offers by now.
A couple of comments I made from first thing this morning outlining the positive fundamentals of EUA and Lamstree’s change of tune since last week have been deleted which coincidentally align with all the tripe being spewed by not only the usual a**e feeds but a new bunch too, also a massive after hours trade showing......all just a coincidence? I think not.
100% my posts got deleted because the weasels don’t want people looking in to read the facts, yet LSE let them talk absolute nonsense!
You mentioned earlier about being in Eurasia well over 12 months the and the sp has hardly moved, what a load of tripe! 12 months ago we were suspended at 7.2p, if you go in before that you would have bought somewhere between 0.4p & 7.2p, we’re now over 27p so you’d be in profit exponentially. Quite a lot of sh**ty arsed our the last few weeks, one top RNS after another.
Very dangerous game now more than ever For shorter with mention of a substantial dividend possible or sale of substantially all assets or words to that effect. We saw the demise of JUB with their accidental short around 12 months ago, the writing is on the wall.
With possibility of a substantial dividend I expect to see a steady increase in sp now as people try and get in for the divi. All looking tip top this end!
1eyeopen - I agree. Keep it clean, placing money to progress Rosgeo from this point on instead of waiting for sale of assets to finalise. Money from sale pays shareholders, BoD included, a substantial dividend.
Eurasia - the company that never sleeps
