I asked Dark IR when EY report will come out

No date but some comment March 8

And probably by/ before Mid April

My guess is end of March early April for EY to announce results … so quite soon

I agree PI Winnerf ( again ) … Dark have good CFO and nothing more than tweaking already good processes with happen … and Investors will like / buy if the news is good as expected

The AI spin off projects from Dark could be a goldmine / help society too which I was not aware before

In terms of returns yes 5 years from now … Dark could be let’s say a big number share price … going private this year less than 4 figure numbet likely …
The Mike Lynch shareholding / wife’s shareholding if Dark went private could be bought out , and new resources in Usa bought to the firm

I also held Avast and fully agree with you selling too early investors often lose a huge rise later as they grow impatient

Good point - EY report should be announced fully I guess by mid April if not before

Of course Dark will mention progress report on EY but not expected to be final by March 8

2-3 weeks into July you will have trading update for june quarter

Full year results likely in September

1H FY23 Results will be reported on 8th March.



After the 8th March our next update will be Q3 Trading Update in mid-April.

So we have 2 results in next 6 weeks

Dark might comment on EY progress but full result expected later than March 8 … I guess before say April 8 , of course no date set , sooner the better

Cnbc , Reuters and guardian all reported EY news and the rational

Agree cheap , but usually takes longer than expected to rise a lot , in 12 months say more than double possible and 18 months triple

A Takeover before … maybe TB can do from mid March anytime
