Remember Dark is a software company , the more software it sells , with almost unlimited potential clients around the world , the more revenue ! The higher the share price if costs under control …

The management have done ok but could do better in some areas ( they have loaded up on shares -( a bit like protection of a poison pill ) so not cheap to buy them out

To be fair while tech market went down in 2022 , 2023 looks like huge upside

If TB or other PE took Dark private at a good price , they could add and change management easily with all shares being there’s

Sheltie loves darktrace and if it’s true he sold at 390 p then he would love to buy back cheaper and spread unnecessary FUD , the fact is Usa tech shares are starting to rise … and that’s good for Dark

If ML is being extradited , when would that happen , or is it still being contested ? Has it been fully decided he should face music in Usa and if so why is he still here , certainly he will be a loss to Uk tech , Cambridge and we should wish him the best …His wife likely will sell more shares later this year for any fine ….. however the 2 hedgefunds are short covering now , Nasdaq trend is Up … Dark buy backs and the Results could surprise upwards in next 4 months …. Also the Takeover bid 6 months TB must wait … does it expire tomorrow or one month later ? Do they count 6 months from the start date or when they stopped talking , if the later then earliest Takeover bid would be around March 16
