Risk / Reward if investing in a share and Diversification are important

If say next week at 400 p one bought let’s say 1000 shares for 4000 pounds what’s the risk reward ?

Let’s say we agree Dark will double this year to 800 p in a fair wind case .. and in a worst case might drop to 380 p let’s say

So the risk is lose 20 p per share or 200 pounds but the reward is 400 p more per share or 4000 potential reward

So even though I am overweight I might still add even if share price rises to 500 p because Upside 20 times higher than downside Risk !
