Let’s say Qube own 0.8 per cent , of Dark , how much volume of shares do they need to buy back ?

The end of day spike upwards yesterday was probably Qube buying and short covering

I think they have decided to get out and buy back so I would expect another nice rise today and next Monday upwards towards 500 p

Next results in July ? a long time to wait...but also ML court case new maybe

Welldone HKK...I remember the IPO days just Jeffries /Berenberg and maybe one or two others followed Dark..

We have a lot to look forward to in next 10 years ! :)

It seems July results are 10 weeks away , and nothing much to look forward to , for news ?

Jeffries have inside information on the growth path of Dark

We need good results in July , 90 per cent of Darks share price is based on good sales of their software

A nice uplift in guidance in July and we can break through 500 p , and maybe start trading 525 to 590 p beteeen July and October

Then break through 600 p by Octobet or before for many reasons .,. Interest rates going down included and Ml case result clearer

Then sail upwards towards 700 p by Jan / Feb and hit 800 p by April next year

That’s all assuming continued upward results

Jeffries know the inside story “ they get it first “ let’s see if they are right that Dark results are accelerating upwards towards the moon / galaxy and outer universe !

Well you know what I mean , solid improving results for the 890 p

I think Jeffries will be spot on within 12 months

1. interest rates to come down by early 2025

2. Dark needs to get continued accelerating positive increases in results ( jeffries will have good feeling in expected future results )

3. By September first round of ML case done , appeals later

4. As some one said Takeover bids likely after summer

5. If Dark reaches 600 p are we in Ftse 100 ? If so added upward momentum

6 . Short sellers reducing

7 however some big share holders may need to sell a few placements of shares suddenly ( including ML and family )

Dark is either going up - and if not going down a bit , so traders can make some money

We went up after results - momentum reached a plateau and now down a bit , next up , then down

Why not list both Uk and Usa

She needed cash at 359 but sold maybe 1 per cent of her shares , she wants 2000 p or more , 700 p now is peanuts

Poppy would not sell for 700 p , she wants to wait for 2000 p plus plus , unless of course the takeover company offered her golden handcuffs she can’t refuse but even she would fight for all of us for 1500 p plus I believe

Hey the only thing that matters is their Results and tight control on costs and Poppy is an accountant and top mathematics guru to try and grow the company without over spending

None of us can contr results , but looks like their results could accelerate

Also none of us can control a big sell of a major shareholder forced to sell due to their find regulations

But could a takeover bid happen this year , yes !

Woukd poppy accept a takeover offer this year , most likely No

Because we might only get 1000 p

She wants 2000 p plus and she is happy to wait 2 years

Results , sales and sustainable growth , almost nothing else matters , profits and long term growth

Everything is in place for sustained success ,

I see us at 700 p and above this time next year and more
