Sheltie well done on your good run with Rolls Royce which is now at pre covid levels
However from here RR looks toppy and perhaps dark has better chance of 50 per cent rise than RR
Let’s see results , and yes takeovers are starting to happen again as in Juniper
Interest rates expected to drop triggering Tech rally
Dt software sales expected to rise including Huge pentagon contract possible
Dt completed its new structure over 6 months ago so benefits should come
Cyber is a must have software protection
Directors and senior managers are loaded up with shares so they will do everything possible to drive sales of the software
DT is the flagbearer for Uk cyber software in a good sweet spot geo politically
Takeover within next 18 months not impossible
Any other reasons ?
Positives -
Dark has transformed its sales structure and is positioned well to retain talent and how
Inflation down , interest rates down
Geopolitically - would you prefer to buy Cyber security from a Uk company or Usa company or Israeli company - Dark can leverage both the Uk and usa flag
Takeovers will start again in 2024
The question is how much Sales can dark do , and what happens to ML
By 2025 things clear
So did he sell or buy ?
Now he is not a resident of Uk , so maybe he gets tax benefits living in Usa on capital gains on his new shares !
He is saying a few things maybe - one share price too low , and 2 . As a usa resident let’s get some free capital gains :)
Rubbish - there will always be shareholders who want to sell part of their shareholdings - they have every right
It signals nothing about the future - just they want the cash -
If he sold 90 per cent of his shares not less than 10 per cent then yes - not a good signal - but he still holds over 90 per cent - what does that say
The director probably got the shares at 250 p or 300 p , and it’s let’s than 10 per cent of that Directors holdings ie he still holds over 90 per cent of his Dark shares
So insignificant, and less than half a days average volume ,
So no reason we can see , except by Jan 1 some funds might do accounting trades … or the gang moving the share price for quick profit , 10 per cent down followed by 10 per cent up gives them over 20 per cent profit in a day
