Volume yesterday around 1.5 m shares , today similar ,

Last Friday 23 m , so it seems most are wait and see mode , and consolidation around these levels could continue for a few weeks , who knows ..

Last Friday 23 million shares , my guess is ML or his wife reduced further , if so an RNS today or tomorrow afternoon

According to bloomberg terminal there only 2 shorters with less than 10 million shares total in short , Qube is one of them , last Friday a record 23 million shares traded , I wonder if a significant shareholder reduced like ML or his wife , normally they announce in 2/3 days following the sell ?

My mother and daughter both bout Dark shares , at average price probably 600 p , they still hold the shares , now I am thinking they should wait 1200 p at least and perhaps sell 10 per cent around 1500 p in a year or so

Thank god they did not sell when dark hit 199 p

On around 100 days the court case result by Jury should be clear

Then an Appeal might happen

Yes not all publicity is good publicity , just making a point that Darktrace will get some publicity and become more well known

Last Friday , what happened with the 23 million shares traded

Today Monday seems much lower volume

Maybe around March 19

Trial by Jury

2 months around for prosecution

1 month defence

Around 3 months or so maybe

We are now at Peel hunt 465 p level

It all depends if the trial of ML is connected directly with Poppy or DT

If he is found guilty and is fined or jailed , within next 100 days , I am sure this is not over and he will appeal in Usa if he can .

But the fact that things are clearer after 100 days means investors can invest or not invest with more certainty

The key is the 2000 people who work for Darl and Dark itself and Poppy are not dragged into his case

Almost 8 times normal average volume on Friday , and price still held up , a positive sign

Going forward less posts from me , just a few Einstein type insights from time to time

Within 100 days or less the court case will be decided by the Jury

Then given that everything is clear , within 100 days huge massive inflows to dark could happen , let’s see , interesting times

98 million pound or 124 million pounds of shares traded Friday , my guess is ML wife and even ML himself sold out more shares on Friday , reducing their holding ( ML wife shares ) towards zero , we will know if anything like this happened when dark announces significant changes to major shareholders

A massive 23 million shares on Friday, will not be surprisede if we get notified ML wife sold out more on Friday, share price held up OK despite someone like her sell out

OK i am going to try to be sensible here

Scenario 1 , ML loses and is fined and jailed

Scenario 2 ML loses and is fined only

Scenario 3 Poppy and dark are totally cleared

Scenario 4 Poppy not totally cleared

Scenario 5 ML cleared by Jury

Senario 6 Whatever the rsult ML will Appeal

His wife may sell more Shares

Lots of free press for Darktrace worldwide (Free pubilicity)......may I will ML good luck to get acquiited or a very short time in Jail at worst.

I would expect Mrs ML to sell down more shares, but ML himself has pledged a 50 million Bond ? of his Dark Shares or something?

When will Poppy testify in UK,

Just immagine if he is aquitted , the share price might go to 1200 p in days....and if Poppy cleared 100% then we could go up to 650/750 or more and then Dark will have offers for Takeover 1200 to 1500p?

She lead Dark though a brialliant restructuring of Sales force commission, not R and D, a narrow path to glolry to get Profits too.

She looks like Bond girl, and brilliant execution, giving Directors and staff tonnes of shares at cheap prices, and a war chest of shares to hand out to key employees

She held off a takeover bid at 850p by ThomasBravo who if the bidded again this year, would need to pay over 1200 p to stand any cahnce.

She is a very key person, and investors seem to be signalling she/Dark will not be impacted by ML courtcase
