I think you are forgetting about the additional TCF & the 2 year extension licence just granted after all I am sure the Zubairs are probably conservative in their professional estimate and SCIR paid 1.2 Million for their share of biogas making my calculation £24 million not your highly inflated $40 million.

Nope, Ruvuma was worth $20 million with 2TCF, we now have 3TCF according to the Zubair corporation, who probably have a much better idea than anyone here on the true asset size in Ruvuma or are you saying Ruvuma is worth a lot more than 20 times the current asset being purchased?

Big holders will sell for all sorts of reasons, just look at how many shares SCIR have off loaded in the run up to the first drill results and it's way to early in this drill to guess at what the drill bit is revealing.

The drill bit will not lie when the time comes.

Hardly seems a full time job, but there again you can probably say the same for 95% of all AIM shares.

Regardless this deal is taking ages to close with zilch communication about where there are in the process and what the expected timescales are. The Farmers are still probably on a bender with the result and haven't managed to sign and return the paperwork for the land and assets ;0)

With the work programme next to be approved surely the best time for any buyer in terms of price is before the 3D begins as the price will just continue to increase as value is added with each step below.

· Acquisition of 200 square kilometres (surface coverage) of 3D seismic data

· Drilling of the Chikumbi-1 well

· Conclusion of negotiations of the Gas Terms for the Ruvuma PSA.

Fair point Hepseal, like I said before there is no way shareholders will vote for the resolution to spend 2 million the company don't have spare.

I still think the BOD should just nip it in the bud, it will send a strong message to the shareholder community that all is well and hopefully bring back some buyers on the back of the well results.

Hi MP, because it would be good for the SP and shareholders imo My concern is that without attracting buyers to sustain any rise on a good drill result with all this nast hanging over the share & the bod like a black cloud it will just supress any positive results.

It will send a strong message and put an end to this constant boiler room stuff currently being pedalled by both sides of the fence it would seem.

I think that's called all mouth and no trousers.

But the vote seems pointless as people even voted before the offer of payment? The BOD have the power to nip this in the bud, close it down and get on with the job in hand and let the other lot spend their millions or I expect we will just see another 303 this time with the offer to pay.

Everyday you read the BB it's just more SP destroying talk. I don't understand why the BOD don't just put an end to it by responding to the proposal, appoint an auditor, take up the offer of the "concerned shareholders" "concert part" whatever you want to call them and have them pay for it all & put it to bed rather than clutter up the BB with constant negativity.
