This time round will be a complete wash out for them. There is no way that shareholders will vote for these resolutions, the company barely has enough money for the current 2 well programme never mind blowing millions on an investigation.
Like someone else said, if they want it so badly then they can dip their hand in their own pocket and not the average PI's

I think you will be alright for a while RoJo, they have money for another 2 or 3 dusters yet, although they just might make a discovery? I wonder now if they will revert back to the original drill targets as located by Neil R?

Yes it's easy to submit a 303 with 5% of PI support. You only need proof of the 5% holding to ensure that an EGM and then vote is held. A few of us did this @ solo a few years go and just needs a couple of people to coordinate it.

Next one should be 2025, providing the current wells come in, otherwise it will deconsolidate to 0 ;0)

It's an appraisal well and if it flows 200bopd or more, I guess the point is that it leads to full field development and the company has a future.

Well I hope the BOD continue with timely and accurate communications as per the last couple of weeks and that it was not just all for the vote and they return to old ways.

Lets see the well results now, that's what we are all here for, come on BLOE!

With 300 foot of net pay to perf and test, it is way too early to claim well results.

Let it flow, the well wont lie, it will either be 200 bopd +or it's curtains.
