That one option, I think bank funding would be another distinct possibility with C-1 drilled and the 25 year development licence in place coupled with the Aminex Zubair farmout myself.

C2 cost + = $4.15 million @ 25% per well so 4 months of production revenue @40 Million scuffs for each new well. In saying that if earning $10 to $12 million in year 1 as per the GE development plan then financing would be available for C2+ don't you think crusty?

Not future ventures, current ventures @ Ruvuma. Solo need to demonstrate they have the cash for the C-1 drill and 3D seismic. They turned a 45% profit on horse Hill already and may turn a little more with sales above 1.92p

The big question for me is around the pipeline crusty, if the TPDC fund it then I see very little issue for solo based on their current cash position and assuming they sell the rest of UKOG. If however the JV fund the pipe then then solo will need some $ next year.

Depends what they are doing with the proceeds and if as I believe they are using the proceeds to develop to production a much larger asset then it makes perfect sense to me.

Would you rather have 25% of 126 million barrels of oil recoverable (Ruvuma) or 10% of 5 million recoverable so 0.5 million barrels to solo as it stands (UKOG)

Maybe Joe, the development plan has Ruvuma running at 6800 boepd equivalent from Jan 2020 so would need to be testing flows late 2019 and rising to 23,800 bobed equivalent within 2 years - the numbers are enormous compared to Horse Hill.

Still hope the kim comes in with a good flow and connected volume as well. Invest here for Ruvuma and UKOG for Horse Hill.
