Crossed wires Dunder, you are talking about the Zubair board member Ola Fjield who's company VoxelVision was taken over by Schlumberger, who use the software as the basis of their G&G software, Petrel. he does not work for AEX but the Zubairs m8.

Agree, it will be interesting to see the new structure post Farmout, any staff transfers along with the backdated costs to March 2018

The 30 MBOE is correct reaction, just you can't use the oil price & should use the local Gas-Sales-Agreement (GSA)price.The 763 BCF 2C likely recoverable has a total value at current Tanzania gas sales price of £2.5 Billion. Solo own 25% & CH-1 will appraise this further and possibly increase those numbers.

Can't disagree the Zubairs wrapped up the asset in 2016, the rest will soon be History.

A reasonable profit making company will be left in the ashes, but certainly those that bought in at the start of the story can ony ever see it as a manipulated "Transfer of Asset rights" for the cheapest possible price.

Great time at the EGM to sink home points about remuneration awarded against those 2017 objectives and the expectation of a similar yet opposite result for the 2018 performance.

Yes the probability of the vote being a yes is high imo as well, however it's not in the bag till it is in, and it will be a good start to 2019 to remove 1 risk in the first week and more importantly hopefuly act as a catalyst for that extension licence.

It is an important event as I expect it to be the catalyst for the extension licence which then enables the Zubair/AEX farmout to progress, I agree that the probability of a yes vote is high, but good to have it confirmed and out the way as the 1st significant step of 2019 & one risk removed

1st important de-risking event with the JV partner shareholders vote on the terms of the Farmout.

Question is how slowly or quickly will the all important 2nd item, the extension licence take? Would be great to have both out the way in January with an update on KN-1 to boot.
