I don't disagree that some people will hold off for the licence, should be plenty of money to make post licence, but there again you could make more by getting in pre- depends on your belief on the licence coming. The fact you say you are invested suggests you believe it will and have hedged your bets, some in pre licence and some in post.

I don't believe the market or any investor is expecting anything but a longstop extension, so the impact should be minimal, just as the majority (except max and jones) never expected anything to happen at the AGM. Wrong call if thats your expectation.

Anything is possible, they would need to pay $80 million minimum for the full 100% based on their current market offer. I certainly hope and expect the BoD at solo to deliver on their strategy deal(s) long before Helium-1 drills.

Majors are currently negotiating terms, keep an eye on the news.

Thats the rub, no one will buy it unless they are certain the licence will be issued. Just have to wait for the current negotiations to conclude and the PSA terms to be verified before the licence is issued.

Not kidding AA, they certainly look more vulnerable than solo at this stage, both in terms of current cash and diversification.

Hi Scratch the NAV valuation of $20 million will be realised on completion of the farmout post licence. It will be a good question to ask at the AGM though as post C1 drill and 25 year licence would be the optimum time to sell, the NAV will likely be several multiples of the $20 million at that point, possibly in the $100 millions.

Anything is possible, they will have to pay at least the equivalent value already offered, $20 million per 25% unless of course they buy a couple of % of AEX in the open market yo take them above 30% and force an RTO and then they are required to make an offer = to the highest mcap in the last 12 months.

Alternatively they just wait for the licence and conclude the current farmout as they have stated.

Thats my read on it when you put it together with the other articles on the PSA reviews Babel.
