The BOD certainly need to deliver on a producing asset in H2 as promised Neil, selling stuff is the easiest part (not saying that the sale of a couple of the "assets" was not difficult, they had to give one away after all) Their reputations are on the line for delivery of their strategy in H2

Still looks like Helium-1 IPO is still on for October and the political log jam in Tanzania about to be relieved, finally releasing the asset for farmout completion & drilling and hopefully the $7.14 million owed to the JV for past gas sales.

No Froggy, although they are still owed about $600,000 from gas sales from KN-1 ( $7.14 million in total outstanding to the JV) until this is settled then I don't expect remediation on Kn-1.

Producing asset deal is expected soon as per the solo tweet yesterday, so that may well change in the next few weeks, or at least I hope so!

The Zubairs certainly like the asset but I would be surprised if they bought on the open market, they would be much more likely to come to an offer arrangement like they have with Aex, not that I see solo letting any of the asset go before C-1 multi horizon drill and results, but you never know?
