I disagree ref the bod & the deal that seemed reasonable based on the original parameters, it was a simple NPV10 2P price off set against future decom liabilities that provided a quick ROI and 2C to 2P upside on conversion, the situation changed.

The Ruvuma asset has temporarily increased in £ value due to the exchange rate, based on the AEX/Zubair offer it now sits at £17 million for 25% ($20 mill)

About time we heard some news from AEX on this scheduled meeting with the gov? has it/is it going ahead still and if so when?

Hi Buzbe, as the gas price was in freefall and the BOD were unable to negotiate a new deal with One Dyas that reflected current market conditions, I assume they put any rebranding and the associated costs on hold.

The BOD have not made it clear what their plans are regarding the rebranding other than looking at other deals and putting up all or some of the Tanzanian assets for sale.

That's a long time holding HN & I guess you have seen this all before, no income, little cash and long waits for news, the GSA took years before production could begin at KN-1 for example.

Anyway, probably the least of my concerns and maybe others right now with CV19 impacting.

I made it clear the other day that I was concerned we had heard nothing yet on the "Scheduled meeting" I am sure we will have an update when there is something to update, no point panicking about it at the moment, you can always email the BOD/PR if you are concerned HN, let us know if you do please.

I have only seen RNS's from producing companies to be fair with details of impact on operations, with no PSA and licence unfortunately AEX have none and so I don't expect a statement myself.
