Peterashbeck just posted this on SCIR and BPC, the same group provided the funding here I believe?

Tom Winnifrith has today accused Jon Fitzpatrick and Gneiss Energy of carrying out an illegal fund raising that is breakign the law (see the share pro phets site for details). Do you think that there is anything that we need to worry about here?

Good old NR, what a great Geologist, after all there would be no Ruvuma without him, drill was a duster & Tullow pulled out and handed their % over to AEX and SCIR, NR interprets the 2D and says to JB @ AEX, drill a little deeper. Massive fan based reservoir discovered, almost 2 TCF GIIP and 763BCF 2C & Counting.

Not so sure about some of his other investments, but you can't knock his seismic interpretation :)

Pre consolidation for sure steve, consolidation was July 17, either way I guess the owners of those shares are long gone with most being forward sold into the market in March 17

Fair play, I guess the only potential issue with that is the cash on hand balance when added to the equation and the pending Q1 production here.

I would guess Q1/2 next year vike, not seen anything published by any of the JV on sourcing or start dates.

Thanks steve but just an amateur when it comes to O&G. Production, logistics, supply chains and these days, International trade & Embargo, sanctions and more specifically global encryption legislation in the tech sector is more my bread & butter.

I think the assets the company is left holding are significant (HE1 still to be proven unlike Ruvuma) Question is what can this seemingly highly qualified in this sector BOD deliver? Other than protecting the main assets to date, they have not delivered shareholder value that's for sure.

Hi steve, SCIR hold 21,297,388 shares (what's left of the £2.2 million) + 1 million options @2.7p The 2d infill and 3 wells are now funded and we have been diluted to fund those wells as a part of the placing to raise the £6 million. If there was no IPO then HE1 would have asked SCIR to stump up our 13 odd % for the cost of the wells.

14p is not correct steve. 10p gives the £2.2 million back, not including the 1 million options and not including the carry of 2D infill and 3 wells. We have in practice swapped a % of holding to pay for the 2D and drilling, so it is now capital and not cash.
Maybe some would have preferred a placing to maintain the %?

Afternoon steve, HE1 seems to be recovering, maybe finish flat or slightly blue today? I would say the BOD will have nothing to say till either a firm offer lands on the table and or seismic starts over one of the two assets which won't be next year. I am not expecting anything this side of Christmas, but you never know.

HE-1 adds an interesting dynamic, must be a pain for any potential buyers of Ruvuma as any gains just strengthen the BOD's negotiating position have liquidity in a share with an increasing value. Maybe they will make enough to cover the Ruvuma 21 budget without needing the $5Million facility they have available?

Quite a few SCIR holders holding here and been following the story since airborne gravity over the assets. They also hold 25% of over 1 trillion feet GIIP of conventional gas @ 763 Billion cubic feet 2C, drilled twice and tested at commercial flow rates @ an mcap £8mill

Drill bit will do the talking there and we should find out early next year. Meanwhile it's worth around £1.4 million + a carry for 2D infill and 3 wells based on todays HE1 close.
