Morning mrc/d I am in touch with some large holders and no plans at present for a shag, in fact I would say it would be dangerous for shareholders to attempt one whilst parties are still looking at Ruvuma. Might be worth reviewing after 6 months, in the meantime the estimated spend is £250,000 for the period and they have £ millions in cash available.

Of course you or anyone else is welcome to form one if you can find enough support, which I very much doubt.

The plan from the BOD is to sell Ruvuma if the price is right, it is up for sale and according to them there are several interested parties.
IMO and assuming the licence extension in April then any sale would need to be completed in the first half of the year, past this point and they may as well wait for the C1 drill to complete. Helium-1 may or may not be use as a vehicle to fund this.

All imo and based on what the BOD have already told us.

@ holy, couldn't resist and like wise.

@ mrc/d I just stated that Helium -1 is fully funded for 2D + 3 drills and we shareholders already paid for that, surely let the drilling get underway @ HE1 and sell at the best time, drilling expected H2 21 . The likely hood imo is that we won't see much action over Ruvuma and thus spend till the extension licence is issued as the current one runs out in April and final billing for 3D will be sometime after completion anyway.

But per the last RNS the submitted budget for 21 is $5.7 Million for SCIR as per RNS 0946G on the 23d December.

"The joint venture now intends to submit a revised gross budget of US$22.8 million (Scirocco 25% share US$5.7 million) to the Tanzanian authorities capturing the updates on planning and execution timetable."

The $40 million you mention covers the full field development as per the details presented by AEX and includes 3D, 6 to 8 wells as well as potentially a 35Km pipeline.

You seriously posting that they will spend $40 million& complete 3D, drill 6 to 8 wells, recomplete NT-1 and 2 and connect to the main processing plant with a 35km pipeline all in 2021. Wow can't wait to see that, or are these even more fudged or misunderstood numbers on your part?

Many of your posts to date HOLY have been full of accusations, insults and wrong calculations and that's just yesterdays ;) with laughable insults about funding for helium-1 drilling and your way out extractions from 2019 numbers to declare a spend of £200,000 per month by the BOD. Please refer to todays RNS for the correct detail.

Did not mention it yesterday, despite the accusations and personal attacks and still the lack of an apology, so I will post it today :)

The Board has worked hard to ensure that the business has reduced its cost base in line with its current level of activity and is estimating a baseline FY2021 corporate overhead of c.£500,000 (excluding exceptional expenses and contingencies). The Company's ongoing requirements will be reviewed on or around 30 June 2021 to ensure that the business continues to have access to the appropriate ongoing financial, technical, commercial and operational support to meet its future activities and stated objectives.

As at today's date, the Company has in excess of US$3.6 million in cash and near-term equivalents. Additionally, the Company has access to a committed US$1 million tranche (and up to a further undrawn US$3 million under certain conditions) under the Cash Facility Agreement that the Company entered into with Prolific Basins LLC in June 2020.

Regardless an EGM and resolution would take no time at all to put together with a couple of the larger shareholders if it was required, would not be the first time.

All hypothetical till we see an offer anyway and we sure ain't seen one yet.

Holy, I was referring to the 3 drills over the Helium asset. If you reply to the correct thread maybe?

I expect come the fully funded drilling that we already paid for that the SP is likely to much higher, good for SCIR holders.

All noise and academic until there is an offer on the table that shareholders can vote on. Meanwhile the main asset continues to be funded.

It's AIM and all about the speculation in the lead up to the fully funded drilling. If they hit the Helium traps (the rest is Nitrogen and not Methane) then the gloves are of in terms of SP and with all drilling, if they duster then it's a disaster. CPR, seeps to surface and Oxford University study bodes well. All a mater of when you place your bets and when you cash in some or all.
