Good day again for our Helium-1 investment, last reported holding valued at over £2.3 million today.

Shame Joelt, I hold both and took a bunch of HE1 @7p The rise there has not been reflected in the SP here at all, £2million banked and still £2.4 million worth on the table, with over half the market cap here represented by HE1 shares and cash, valuing Ruvuma at less than 25% of its recent sale value.

Indeed Frank, our 9,556,088 shares are now valued over £2.2 million on top of the over £2 million they have already cashed in.

Some troll kept saying they should have sold @7p, good job the board are more switched on.

Ruvuma + HE1 is the focus for now, the EAG deal looks ok to me and generates a small income with potential to expand.

Another good day @ HE1 today + 9.27% on top of yesterdays rise & David Minchin on a plane to Tanzania right now to see how the other 90% of the drill is going post initial shows, trap and seal.

As per usual, it is all dependent on if the Tanzanian Gov can pull their finger out any time soon?

So as far as I can see there will be nothing now to hold back the Ruvuma extension licence?

Hi John, if you look at slide 21 in the June presentation.

Helium-1 SCIR "Exercised 1M options (exercise price of 2.84p / share)" At current price that's over 8 X profit. and the 9.5 million they still hold are valued at around an additional £2 million at todays price.

No worries vike, they just said the same ref Ruvuma, they are engaged with parties but will continue to fund development unless an offer that is worthy of putting to shareholders is made.

Happy with the initial modest investment myself, a cash generative asset on the books without a placing to fund it. Is that not a first ever at SCIR + SOLO?

Yes the £450 PA EBITDA is correct, although they believe they can quickly add another 10% to that number with simple improvements.

Helium One (AIM: HE1) ("Helium One" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the presence of helium enriched gas in drilling mud (a "Gas Show") in the Lake Bed Formation while drilling Tai-1 well at the Rukwa Project (100%) in Tanzania.

Highlights:

· Helium shows identified in shallow strata from 70.5 metres

· Micro-Gas Chromatograph showing He concentrations up to 22,084ppm (2.2%) He in gas recovered from drilling mud

· Drilling operations will continue to the base of Lake Bed Formation, anticipated to be at 400 metres, before wireline logging can provide additional information



David Minchin, Chief Executive Officer, commented:

"We are very excited to have identified the presence of helium in drilling mud from very shallow depth. Drilling will now continue to the base of the Lake Bed Formation at which point we will run wireline tools to obtain more detailed formation evaluation.

"Although concentrations of 2.2% He are encouraging indicators of free gas, it is important to note that a helium show is not evidence of commerciality and further evaluation is required by wireline logging to confirm any potential pay zones. It is also important to note that gas concentrations encountered in mud logging are qualitative rather than quantitative and in-situ grade may be higher or lower than what is measured.

"With over 1000 metres still to drill at Tai-1 these are early days in our exploration drilling. Early helium shows give us a great deal of optimism for the remaining programme and we look forward to providing further updates as the project develops."
