Hi steve, fair play, hope it comes in good for us all.

We are all just waiting for HE1 drill results and of course for the extension licence to unlock Ruvuma. Take a look at AEX, no activity there either, hardly surprising till the Government deliver (same old)
Thank goodness the mining ministry (ref HE1) appears thus far to be much more engaged and efficient than the Energy ministry.

A good rise @ HE1 today, I also hope they hang in for drill results, that's why SCIR invested back in 2017 after all. Yes the BLOE shareholder imagination rumour mill has been working over time and in a very damaging way to SCIR with the endless allegations. The BOD did the right thing IMO.

Must be due some drill results on HE1 soon, 1 month drill started on the 12th June and no update since the 2.2% Helium in the Mud.

Some posters on BLOE having been going on about it for months and again today almost all day on the LSE BB.

Response to Investor Forum Speculation

Scirocco Energy (AIM: SCIR), the AIM investing company targeting attractive production and development opportunities within the European energy market, provides the response to erroneous speculation on investor forums regarding its intentions with regard to corporate activity in the oil and gas sector generally and with Block Energy PLC ("Block Energy") in particular.

The Board of Scirocco wishes to categorically state that it has never had, nor currently has any intention to engage in corporate discussions with Block Energy. Scirocco has clearly stated a strategic intention to focus on the sustainable energy and circular economy and will therefore not consider new investments in Oil and Gas assets or businesses. As such any speculation that SCIR is considering any form of corporate engagement with Block Energy is completely false.

Furthermore, the Board confirms that none of its Directors are looking to join the Board of Block Energy and any speculation to the contrary on the forums is also completely erroneous.

Scirocco's non-Executive Chairman Alastair Ferguson and non-Executive Director Jon Fitzpatrick do have independent material shareholdings in Block Energy, alongside numerous other personal investments, however they are independent of one another, and those holdings represent the extent of their involvement in that company.

He should do the honourable thing and step down. As a director he is responsible for delivering shareholder value and till he is gone, the share remains wallowing at these low levels.

Hi TrekMadone, I think SCIR will hold their 9.55 million. Remember shareholders there invested in Helium-1 back in 2017 in preparation for drilling, that's what shareholders paid for and I expect the BOD will be lynched if they do not see it through. They already exercised their 1 million options @2.85p so they are paid for already.

Drills turning.

SCIR need $10 million for the 2021/2022 work programme for Ruvuma & the Gov just approved in the budget. SCIR have 9.55 million HE1 shares and 1 million options at last count, so unless HE1 hits about £1 (It might on positive drill results) then I see no rush for them to cash in, they have already realised their original investment and are in effect on a free carry.

I don't think the Zubairs are interested in the London listing beyond getting their hands on the prolific assets post shared risk on NT2 that AEX holds. Great deal for them, shared the risk on a drill and then snapped up 50% at a knock down price that represented 0 upside and barely covered exploration and licence costs.
The Zubairs certainly like Ruvuma, they have waited very patiently and placed 10 of millions on the table so far. You don't do that if you don't think you are going to make a significant return on your investment.

We need to see that extension licence and then the Zubairs can green light the 3D + drill and we will all be on the way at last.
