IMO RKH were never going to bid for Arg. First we don't have the cash , & second we already have a share of discovered oil. Why would we need to go wildcat drilling in deep waters when the suspicion is there is plenty more oil around Sealion in
shallower waters.
It looks like the end of the road for Arg holders for a very long time.

Good old consolidation , it never goes up afterwards.

Being quite serious here , without any offer for a buyout , this company is totally f*cked , and all of my hard earned with it. You tweed suits and beige cords won't be so clever if it doesn't sell.

Spot on needa , nobody wants a company until it is cash stretched.. And with 600 employees , not to mention management , the cash won't last as long as we'd like. With no exploration taking place , there will be nothing to boost the share price. So the only way is down as the cash dwindles away. Unless of course we get a buyer. It doesn't seem like they are queuing up. Looking bleak.

I notice Ted Rodgers has his fingers on the trades too
