Triple star @ 16:05 suggests if the drill is a dud , they can just move to on to the new site as it is owned. I read earlier a three that suggests the pad is being set up for the rig to stay permanently. One isn't gonna happen.

Just looking in , not a holder. If the US army didn't get any results for Traumakine ,imo it's a non starter for a long time yet. I would suggest they tested it to smithereens . I haven't the full story as not been following , but I was aware they had testing rights for quite a long time for trauma injuries. What was the outcome? No response no worries , it'll be obvious.
