A fund raise is a good way off. Traction in the market will more than compensate by which time.

They could work to support the SP but at the expense of progress trajectory.

Or they put all effort into a medium term goal of market growth.

That will then give a solid foundation for +30p and a spring board for a buyout. Half the board walk off with a big payday and retirement.

Either way, its 35p or a slow recovery.

There are big iis in here for a lot of money who also have the ability to step in to secure their investments. It just depends if they think 35p is too low.

Do you really think all those big iis with teams of professionals and legals are going to sit back and let it go into administration losing everything?
