Cavendish analysts have published a research note yesterday following the reported results for FY24 from Creo Medical Group plc (AIM: CREO). Financials have been reset to reflect a focus on continuing operations following the classification of Creo Medical Europe and Aber Electronics as discontinued operations.

The note comments: "We remain positive on Creo’s core technology, and its commercialisation strategy focused on developing its own product lines and collaborating with surgical robotic partners. Following completion of the recent fund raise and sale of the 51% share of Creo Europe, we expect the company to develop to profitability utilising its internal resources. While generating returns for shareholders and reducing healthcare expenditure, Creo’s technology has the potential to significantly improve the clinical outcomes for patients with a range of cancers

Core Product Revenues are forecast to rise from £4m (FY24) to £6.1m in FY25, rising further to £11.2m in FY26 and £19.3m in FY27.

Having traded down on the lows I am now back in the green and quietly confident this will become a multi bagger.

Yes, still work to do on the selling front but the recent Chair gives me confidence.

Seems to have his head screwed on, lots of skin in the game and focused on sales and cost control.

All I wanted to see from the results was a further increase in users and that showed.

Along with the pipeline of products I see no reason sales won't continue to snowball now.

You are missing the point. China will grow creo europe meaning an increasing asset which pays profits to help fund creo core.

The link up also opens additional avenues to increase core sales and costs.

You are searching for the negative and overlooking the potential. In corridors of influence this company has many supporters and for good reason

Yes, good progress and inline with my expectations.

What I like even more is the refocused board and pipeline potential.

I feel more confident in the management, cost control and sales focus.

It is not going to half, the SP is already a fraction of the base assets.

Why would they release an update a few weeks prior. Makes no sense. The date is the date.

I expect them to report increased activity but nothing major just yet.

However, in the not so distant future I belive good news will come, the SP will be up in the mid 20s +

Then they will consider offers of 40p + for a takeover.

That is a lot of guessing for sure, it would allow some board members to walk into the sunset with bulging pockets and a larger organisation to ramp sales significantly.

I have just added at this price.

Yes, profit lead time and results on paper are keeping the SP low currently.

Not everyone looks ahead to spot multibaggers in the making.

A bit of news will though set this off, that news could come sooner than forecast break even.

I can see every reason for it to have gone up.

Lots of support wanting to get it tested and approved asap.

Grants given.

Requirement for toxicology tests eliminated.

Medical use on live patient went well.

Labour approved plans for speeding up all trials.

Prostate use now under research on top of brain tumors.

Further cancer types to be targeted.

It is a very exciting and worthwhile project that could well attract additional grants.

I could have sold Friday at +100% but I am in this one long term. I intend to add to my holding.

My understanding is procedures are going very well.

Yes, you could ask why Creo are not better at providing more information than they have.

There could be reasons, are they just waiting until the May update, are they just not interested in the current SP as have eyes a little further down the road. Are they just not tuned in to investors wishes for progress reports. Are they busy with planning. Are they playing golf.

Could be any or all of these things.
