Still time to get some complaints out and put out the call on other boards and social media channels.

All the noise we are making should be enough to get questions asked about this disgraceful process.

To get a no vote we need to spread the word wide and loud. Ask as many difficult questions as possible. Get attention, get people thinking.

Many won't vote, some will vote yes not aware they are losing everything to the people who created the problem.

Tweets, Facebook, other boards, media. Try everything.

Don’t leave it to the minority or someone will be swigging champagne bought with your money.

I as a share holder would like the following questions asked at the up coming meeting.

1. There is a huge difference between what was reported in the results and trading update and what we have been told since

Why did the auditors not see this?

Who on the board approved the trading update?

Why did the financial officer not know how the business was performing?

Were any questions about performance figures discussed prior in the boardroom?

Who has received bonus or performance related pay in 2025?

Who approved that?

2. Why should any private investors vote yes to be wiped out?

3. Why have investors not being offered a fund raise and board change instead

Maybe, just maybe if enough shouting is done a no vote will happen and an alternative funding put up.

Everyone needs to be submitting complaints, do not think yours will not help or be needed.

It doesn't take long at all.

Either copy some off here and tweak or just send a short list of things you feel are not correct.

They will dig if enough people raise questions.

You were given financial information and trading updates that were not true.

Those responsible have left you to drown

Keep the complaints piling in, send to everyone you can think of including the finance pages of the media, papers etc.

So this statement is insanity and could only be believed in a multi billion business. Not one trying to scrape a tiny profit.

$1 million worth of organs from a vendor which had been incorrectly posted to cost of goods sold instead of goods received not invoiced. these errors add up to $3.4 million in losses

Would be interesting who received bonuses from sales staff upwards.

Who signed off those payments

Who approved the last trading updates

What the financial director was doing

What was on the agenda for board meetings

What the last few auditors reported vs what was published.

There can be no way nobody was aware and if they were not, it's total dereliction of duty on multiple heads.

I'd also dispute the future correction was not manageable or they would not be taking it over.

A cash raise and new board would have been better for share holders.

Too much wrong to add up

I refuse to accept any business being run with even a 1/4 of an eye on its operations can be so out of touch with productivity, stock, cost of sales, margins, supplier debt etc.

In a listed company you have auditors, various directors, board members etc.

Its bull. Someone, more than one, many have been at it quite clearly.

Or is been exaggerated for gain.

How do we even know if the extent of the accounts is true?

Once private they have so much more wiggle room to hide.

So we know Harwood stand to gain the business for buttons.

We know the £17.5m is bull and there to scare.

Why would other investors vote yes other than maybe being offered a slice of the dilution shares?

If so how can that be ethical, otherwise parties could do the same to any listed company making a mockery of the system.

Surely something is supposed to stop such behaviour.

The only reason anyone will vote yes is because we are yet again having some truths hidden.

Something needs serious investigation here.
