Let us just suppose Riverfort do not sell if/when we do not make that first payment what does that indicate? What if BOD change their strategy and are able to buy shares? What if another funder is found that is a long term investor? What if a JV happens? A lot of speculation i agree but can it all be discounted?

That would imply the company did that on purpose which is of course illegal. I would suspect many things can be aimed at our BOD but dishonest i do not think so! I believe the terms of the deal may well have been asked for by Riverfort but we are able to take as much or little as we need presuming milestones are met, i would think that puts us in control of our own destiny to a great extent?

Schach do you honestly think Riverfort haven't done their DD ref the loans before agreement, they will have wanted to see what the future held as worthless shares aren't much use to them. Riverfort aren't the only ones want to see the share price rising. I would guess the BOD are pretty confident that the resource update and then the PFS are going to blow the doors off? 50%higher VWAP for 30 days sounds as if these will be exceptional news updates. Bring it on.
