What about news on Riverfort and their shares are they taking them and selling? Further news on the road planning, perhaps other funding news the $4 million wont last forever?

Ref 1st payment due yesterday i would suggest we didnt make this and Riverfort have not taken the shares either which is good news!

agreed but an RNS would have to be placed. So the longer we dont get that the better it is? I am still of the opinion they will not short in the short term as so much news to come in the very near future?

i would think they only have to RNS if the shares are issued? If we do not hear then they have not been?

So if no RNS has been lodged then Riverfort have not taken the shares which means they cannot be selling them, that must be a real positive as it indicates they may be investing in AMC or do i have my rose tinted glasses on?

Do we have to announce via an RNS whether we have made the payment? Do Riverfort have to RNS that they have taken up their shares?
