Hammer11 very well put, the BOD have a lot of skin in the game and it is in their interests to get this moving! Very confident in the near term future. Adam is a very big hitter i have discovered and is very well connected. I and many others are very confident in his ability to open the right doors for us.

Does this new authority for the 500 million shares allow us to issue these to an outside company wishing to take a large stake in AMC without these it would not be possible? I think this is very exciting and will obviously need to happen over next few months before AGM?

I just think this is something really exciting the talk of M&A the arrival of Adam and the loss of a director. I think the pieces could be falling into place at bloody last! My wife may get her diamond ring after all!!!!

Well said CT Adam has been brought to the company for positive reasons why else would he have joined us with his reputation and experience?

Another billion shares was a huge surprise i was expecting 250,000,000 so the board can raise cash if needed, but at present i would guess we do not after recent cash raises? The fact they have the potential to issue these does not mean they will ever get to this stage? If Adam can get us an off take agreement which will be for many millions i doubt we will need to use the the increase. But i have been wrong many times before and daresay i will be again.

i think we will need the updated MET figures before we know the total resources to get an accurate answer.? Hopefully they will follow shortly.

from my basic back of fag packet calculations this gives us approx an extra $50 million PA plus what we get for the gold and silver is that correct? This is a very nice bonus i would suggest and off take agreements should be available i hope?

we may still get our 70p plus finish today as the buying pressure is starting to increase considerably this last 40 mins?

If someone sold it someone must have bought it pity it isn't more than 3% of company then we could have known who?

Take a look at their RNS just released about the state of EV market v combustion engines very interesting and i am now waiting patiently for someone to come and buy us sooner the better please.
