Crazy i agree with you. If no NDA was in place they could have said so. This definitely whets the appetite for news to follow once shares are approved?

Every time we talk to a bank, nomad lender etc about raising funds or showing the potential of the resource we must enter a NDA with them surely.
When Adam was first met he must have signed an NDA surely and Tom for that matter.

When the new shares are passed as they surely must be for the future of AMC i am certain all will be revealed as we are now starting the end game of a JV or t/o. All of course in my honest opinion. been wrong before and will be again.

I know Crazy has sent some questions to the PR co in advance of the EGM as they were on AD VN. AMC are obliged to answer these prior to the meeting i understand from a friend in the know for these sort of things It will be interesting to see if this happens and more importantly the answers as some of the questions put were very pertinent to the raise in shares being asked for.
Also i think MD asked about Paul M not being a director again i am led to believe you just have to be a shareholder, please don't shoot the messenger.
This is a huge change for AMC as in the past they have gone for relatively small cash raises comparatively speaking where as this can only be for company changing/making purposes? With Adams track record i hope he is at the forefront of what is happening. Will we know prior to EGM is the question?

I think you have all under valued the NPV with all the extra copper/nickel/gold etc discovered i would see closer to 2B or even 2.5B. But my glass is always half full.

Some very good questions that he and all shareholders need answering before we vote this is vital for the board that they get the approval to advance the project hopefully to the holy grail of a t/o at approx 75p in my wildest dreams!
