Those contracts are nice but they are standard business for a company like WG, It's what they should be winning on a regular basis. They won't issue an RNS for every contract win, only for those that make a material difference to the value or operations of the company (poss. £bn), and as you noted about the SP...

Looks like the article has used the words "factory", "plant" and "manufacturing unit" in place of the word "mine". The numbers quoted all relate to the whole project (although I've not checked them for accuracy). The comment about the mining license has a link under "local company" that just takes you to an old news report in Nov 2020 and appears to refer to an original feasibility study rather than a license. Don't click on the link, the dates mentioned might make you cry.

Lending - if you are looking at the standard 'free' LSE Share Trades section it always rounds trade values above £1m to the nearest m (below £1m rounded to nearest £10, etc.). I don't have Level 2 here so not sure if that gives the exact detail such as NewKOTB's info below.

It was issued by Dow Jones Newswires rather than an RNS. Wood Group have been avoiding RNS' for a lot of announcements recently. You can see it on advfn, or the stock exchange site, along with other news releases not showing on here because LSE only feed RNS.

- means that your order stays open and you will be at the mercy of the MMs to give the best price available when there is sufficient stock to fill your order. You will no longer be in control of that and you won't get a preview to agree the price before it executes.

Changing to a limit order gives you back control to set a maximum price that you are willing to pay, but may mean that your order is not filled, e.g. if the price gaps up above your limit while you are waiting,

Drop was already in before the RNS at 3.20pm, it actually brought the drop to a fairly abrupt halt. Other clothes retailers down today as well so sector poorly.

She would not be allowed to reply to a personal email with any information that was not already in the public domain. Reading back over posts on here quoting her, most do only repeat what we already know – discussions are progressing – which is exactly what she could say in a reply. In one case an email issued to all shareholders was copied on here but that was in the public domain the moment the original email was sent out so not a problem.

I see no value in constantly emailing her for updates. When an update is available it will first be issued by RNS/via Companies House, not by private email.

When you say “this lot” it is important to note that Sheniz has no affiliation to, nor is she a spokesperson for Iconic Labs, only for the Administrators who are working their way through a necessary legal process.

I understand shareholders have issues with the Directors of Iconic and the lack of communication but pestering the Administrators will not resolve anything (general comment, not directed at you Wacca).

On the Glencore website, the Investor section can be found in a convoluted way. Go to Contact Us on the top menu bar, scroll down a little to the FAQs and the 4th drop down 'Where do I find shareholder information?' has a link to the Shareholder Centre. The analysts page you linked to below is in there, along with other more useful data sections.

Or, on their home page, scroll down just below half way to the Share Price section - on the right there is an 'Investors' link that takes you to a page that includes the Shareholder centre link.

Yeah, more than double predicted estimates, you don't often see them that far out. Spooked the market a bit.

General market malaise, plus BoE Gov coming out with more end of world commentary today.

Chart wise the SP appears to be bouncing along the bottom of a short-term uptrend and trying to reattach itself to the long term post-covid uptrend, so a bit of intra-day volatility during this holiday month not unexpected.

It is due today, but watch out for inflation as those polos may be out of reach by tomorrow!

He resigned yesterday and given the perpetual revolving door for Ministers in Peru is on a par with recent UK events I'm not sure this is enough for jitters. Latest Cabinet reshuffle is due tomorrow but seems to have been already planned.

The SP remained fairly flat until after 10am today and has now caught up with the fall in the POO over last 2 days (c.7-8%). Toronto seem to be staying calm about it all as well. Nice price for a top-up though.
