Agreed. The word Annual in some if the dividend sentences has maybe led to confusion, but the key sentence is in WWN's excerpt below: 8p per Ordinary Share, payable on 2 December 2022.
It also refers elsewhere to the windfall tax being for the calendar year 2021 so not impacting 2022.

Most likely costs I suspect. I think the London stock exchange de-regulated some of their reporting requirements earlier this year but I never managed to find confirmation of that. Looking at the reports section on this site the change is quite marked from the end of March - lots of Director / Holdings RNS prior to then and none since.

They're not issued by RNS, they're Dow Jones Newswires. WG are using them for most of their announcements now, other than main things like accounts, AGM, etc.
LSE only feed RNS' so best to use stock exchange directly or WG website for updates.

This site and others are showing 12 Sept for the results, which is next Monday. Just a heads up that the RNS stated:
"The Group expects to publish its 2022 interim results by 12 September 2022."
The word "by" in there gives potential for later this week, maybe Thursday as it's a common day for these things. Worth just keeping an eye out in case.

Shareholders are not clients of the Administrators. There is no instruction in the 30th Aug RNS about logging in to their site for this.
The RNS stated:
"Company Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA") Proposals have been finalised and are being sent out to all creditors and shareholders."
For those who have a more pro-active broker the CVA could be made available along with the voting forms, either directly or via a link to somewhere the CVA can be viewed or downloaded. As steakpie says, it is important to see the terms of the CVA before voting.

Has anyone had sight of the CVA yet? I'm hearing lots about voting options but nothing about the actual CVA.
I thought it may have been added to the Companies House Insolvency page but it's maybe too soon for that and needs approval at the GM first, not sure?

That's not uncommon and brokers tend to be split on this. Some of the more old school ones still require you to make the contact if you wish to do so, the more modern and tech savvy brokers provide a prompt and an online voting form to make it easier. Just depends which broker you choose to register with that meets your overall investment requirements.

Thanks Yanis. I have note of 2 interviews with SO, Proactive on 1/6 and LSE on 12/8, but missed him mention a contractual deadline for the 15th in either. Although I did doze off in middle of the LSE one...

Tony, interesting that EOG slightly varied their 30/5 RNS, their last sentence reading:
"A well slot for the Stena Don to drill the Serenity appraisal well has been secured where the Stena Don will come onto contract on a date between 15 August and 15 September 2022."
Although not uncommon for 2 parties to slightly vary the wording to make it 'their own' announcement.

"the spud, contractually, must happen by the 15th"
Yanis, I can't see this anywhere. The RNS said that the SD will 'come onto contract' [by] 15 September". The contract will then be for the full duration of the operations. There will be operations prep work to do on site prior to the actual spud.

The note says " about 10th September "
The note says "operations starting around the 10th September." See above point. EOG said spud early Sept, IE3 said mid- Sept, it's all still open.

AS bobbybee says an RNS, if at all, will be after the spud. Some companies don't even RNS every spud, there is no regulatory requirement to do so, but I don't know what IE3's previous on that is?

The stock market never reports the direction of a trade - whether you are buying from the MM or selling to them - it just reports it as ‘a trade’.

The Buy/Sell section on this site, and many others offering a similar service, is just running a simple algorithm to compare each trade price to the mid point of the reported spread at the time of the trade. If your broker got you a price below the mid point of the spread then LSE will display it as a sell, if above as a buy, if bang in the middle or late reported then it's normally unknown. It's just a guess/indication that works some of the time but by it's nature is of limited use. The MMs have absolutely no control over that, it is entirely within the confines of this site.

Look at the trade prices instead to see where the spread of activity actually is happening.

The other end of the transaction is the Market Maker, except maybe if it’s an off book transaction, but the stock market never reports the direction of a trade - whether you are buying from the MM or selling to them - it just reports it as ‘a trade’.

That contract is for the White Mountain/Qaqortorsuaq mine developed by Hudson Greenland.

That is odd. Normal pattern for Atome until last 40 mins - then the kind of activity often seen when there is a leak of an RNS. We should get their 6m to 30 June TU/unaudited accounts at some point soon, maybe tomorrow?
